    Fabulous stay at the Leonardo

    We had a fabulous stay at the Leonardo. Big thanks to front office manager Cristina who gave us a great room upgrade. Also thank you to kitchen manager SARA GOMEZ and head chef JAVIER RUIZ PASTOR who both took great care for our dietary requirements - coeliac, egg free and dairy free - they took the time to let us know which meals we could or could not eat, and also prepared some items specifically for our dietary. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were really great.Hotel itself is lovely, great location right by the beach /marina. Sea view room was fabulous, we loved sitting outside on the balcony and looking over the ocean Massive thanks to all the staff, and we will be back again soon!Tom & Ger

    Rooms were ok but to use the shower you had to climb into the bath - not particularly safe and the shower head directed water everywhere leaving floor soaking wet - sink took an age to empty Lower rooms overlooking the pool were extremely noisy at night Decent breakfast but need to upgrade rooms to walk in showers or at least give the option when booking

    Ideally located opposite the beach and marina, with supermarkets, shops and bars all within easy walking distance. We booked half board and, despite arriving after 10pm, were pleasantly surprised to find lovely plated salads and cheese boards waiting for us in the restaurant.The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming and engaging. There was entertainment in the bar each evening which seemed popular, although it wasn’t really our thing. Drinks in the bar were also very reasonably priced.The food was good overall with plenty of choice at meal times. The pool area is on the smaller side, but we never struggled to get sunbeds. Pool bar food was also good, with a varied menu and attentive service.We stayed in a Triple Deluxe Sea View room for three adults and it felt surprisingly spacious, with a good-sized balcony and large bathroom — although the sliding bathroom door was definitely more style over substance and slightly annoying!As we had an evening flight home, we were able to pay for a late check-out until 6pm, which was really helpful. The hotel also allowed us to store our luggage for an extra hour before we left for the airport.Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay. Great location, friendly staff and good value for money. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would happily return.     Just back from a week here . Great position ,just across the road from the beach and lots of good restaurants nearby . Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of fresh fruit , great salad buffet and very good hot food with eggs or omelettes freshly cooked . The hotel itself was very clean and modern and the bar was very comfortable. We had a comfort room which overlooked the pool but unfortunately had only views of apartments opposite. The room itself had a good sized bathroom with a good powerful shower although the tiles etc were a very tired . Only wall containers for shower gel and hand soap. One bath hat left on first day but no other toiletries. There was a coffee machine and 2 pods were left daily . There was a good empty fridge . I found the furnishings very impractical. Only 4 drawers . None in the dressing table or bedside tables one of which was like a stool and completely useless . The pool loungers were shocking . So uncomfortable and should really be replaced . Very surprising and disappointing compared to rest of the hotel standard .Have to say it was very quiet and we slept really well .
