Probably one of the most disappointing breakfasts we’ve had in Nerja.We waited 25 minutes before anyone even came to take our order, then another 15 minutes just for the drinks to arrive. When the food eventually came, three of our breakfasts were cold.We complained and the food was taken back to be reheated. Rather than replacing the breakfasts, they appeared to simply microwave them and bring them back out — and unbelievably, they were still cold.I ordered the Eggs Benedict, which also arrived without any hollandaise sauce. After pointing this out, the missing hollandaise was eventually brought to the table separately — and that was freezing cold too.It’s a shame because the restaurant is in a fantastic location on the Balcón de Europa, but a great view doesn’t make up for poor service and badly served food.There are so many lovely places to eat in Nerja that I really wouldn’t waste a breakfast here. We certainly won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it. Stayed for a wedding. Overall very nice experience. Great location right at the Balcon de Europa. Room was spotless and staff were excellent. It was perfect for the weekend stay. 5/5 would stay again. Fabulous hotel in a fabulous location. Had everything we needed - lovely beaches close by, in the centre of everything- staff couldn’t have been nicer. Yes it could do with a bit of a freashen up but our room was cleaned daily, shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Bed very comfortable & air conditioning in the room was good. Get a sea view room, deffo worth the extra. We will be back. Lovely hotel, great location, lovely friendly staff, room was smallish but perfectly fine, the only thing missing for us was a fridge, a small fridge would be handy for water or whatever takes your fancy. I would recommend this hotel ?? Visited this place in may 2026 not impressed firstly could not get information about paying for the stay at the property then when checking they had the details wrong, wrong guests in the rooms. Staff in rhe bar very unfriendly and rude.
