  Visited this place in may 2026 not impressed firstly could not get information about paying for the stay at the property then when checking they had the details wrong, wrong guests in the rooms. Staff in rhe bar very unfriendly and rude.   Hostel clean enough though the bathroom needs attention.Location perfect but keep in mind this is on a pedestrian area so for drop off and pick up there is a walk with your luggage.Beds and pillows very comfy. Walls quite thin not good if you have noisy guests next door. Otherwise not so noisy considering the location.Reception is not manned, we did see a girl there one day and she was very helpful and pleasant. The staff in the restaurant ( which joins on) do not really want to know you. Breakfast! Don’t know what to write. Enough to choose from though cheap and nasty, cooked items ( egg, beans and sausage) cold and under cooked. Better getting breakfast elsewhere. All that being said I don’t like to be negative, if you know what to expect it’s a nice place. Would I stay again? Probably, knowing how it is.   Women who you contact is really helpful and Lovley. However the rest of it is awful. Lights hanging out of the bathroom ceiling. Stained tiles on floor walls and ceiling. Advertises air con, but just blows out hot air. Doesn’t feel very safe in the rooms. It’s very noisey and the walls are paper thin. Can hear absolutely everything going on in the hotel when trying to relax or sleep. Location is very good though. It says online to check in to the bar between 6 and 11. We arrived at 10:30pm and the two staff working clearly just didn’t want to help us and stared at us like we were aliens and didn’t try help at all. Breakfast options were minimal and weren’t even worth going down to breakfast for. The second night we went to try have dinner downstairs, it said it was open 6-9. We went down at 6 and the staff just looked at us like we were aliens and said no come back at 7. However they were serving food at that time just to the real customers. The bar staff (other than the two lovely women working) were horrible and not welcoming at all, making you feel uncomfortable. Therefore we didn’t end up eating that night there. So the next day we thought we would give it a go, the nice women was there and really helpful however the food was completely bland and tasteless. It advertised as chicken but tasted nothing like chicken. So we were quite disappointed but thought we should give it another try, next night it was just the blokes working who again made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. And the food this night was even worse. Completely bland, flavourless and just shouldn’t be served full stop. Just wet plain spaghetti is what it tasted like. I do really feel bad for the women working there because you can see she really does care and does a very good job at making the customers feel welcome. It’s just a shame on all other aspects of our stay. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.   What a palaver, put someone on Reception.

  We’ve stayed here a few times before and, although the decor is quite tired, it’s clean, well located and cheap. This time we were notified that we needed to check-in online as the Reception isn’t manned. Well we tried but it wanted a photo of our ID but wouldn’t take a photo. When we got there we called the number and explained. Then we had to take photos of the ID, and give names, addresses, post codes, phone numbers and email addresses via Whatsapp, even though they actually had all of this information (minus the photos) already. They no longer give keys, rooms and the main doors are opened using a key code but the main door was stuck open and the glass sliding doors to the landing were permanently open too!   Excellent 14 night Stay

  The Location was excellent the online check in was straight forward.Our room was made up and cleaned everyday for 2 weeks.Our room 104 had a great view of the sea and the Balcon De Europa.Bathroom was great with walk in shower.Its a no frills Hotel which suited Myself and my Wife and the cost was half of the hotel next door.If you want a Hotel with perfect location and a reasonable price and room made up and cleaned daily then its great.
