  This is a mainly privately owned complex you are you are reviewing one property which is most likely a timeshare and obviously in poor condition there are other properties available contact suncoaster holidays

  Antionio very helpful, even with language barrier

  Check-in done by Antionio who was very helpful all through the week. He gave us a 2 bed ground floor apartment in block 5 apartment 1. Lots of keys for many locks but didn't use half of them as only really used the apartment for sleeping mostly because there were no English channels. The door opens to a dining area which leads to the Lounge area and then the terrace. Turn right at the door and there is a small shower room on the left, after that and twin bedroom opposite this was the kitchen and beyond that a utility room with opening in the wall to see the courtyard. At the end of the hall was the double bedroom with ensuite. Good size apartment for 2 or 4 at a push. Electricity is 20 Euros a week. There is no safe. The apartment is tired and needs updating, especially the grill pan as it was rusting. Cleaning was meant to be done on Wednesday but we had to let Antonio know they never came and he said they come today (Thur). When we returned from our day out the Cleaners had been and everything was fine, clean sheets, towels and bins emptied, Did not like finding our Toilet Bags thrown in the Bidet!!?? We knew pretty much what we were going to and where as have been to the area before so made the most of our stay.

  Clean, basic and dated. not convenient to the beach

  No AC and no screens on the windows so little bugs came in. Mattress and sofa are old and uncomfortable. Beach "nearby" means crossing the highway and walking a mile to public access, even though technically it is only a few blocks away. Finding check in is complicated and limited hours. Office does not speak English. No utensils in our kitchen for three days. Beach/pool towels not provided. No soap provided. One roll of tp then you have to buy it. Washer but no dryer, so if you wash your sandy towel it won't be dry for a few days. Very clean but dated. Quiet. Parking is a challenge and you should have a car.

  We arrived very early and management found an apartment for us immediately. Maintenance and housekeeping were friendly and excellent. The grounds, pools an apartment were great.All maintained very well. I will go back again and again! And, hope to buy a place there. No high powered sales meeting. They just let us enjoy our trip and relax!

  Where do I start, arrived and no reception, note on gate with phone numbers, no reply from any, had to book into another hotel till Monday afternoon, when we finally got a reply from phone number, apartment was filthy, broken glass under coffee table, burnt remains in fire place, had to wash all the crockery and utensils in kitchen, grass was knee high in garden. No apologies from Antony at complex, only from booking company after a few choice words in an email. Go at own risk
