Visited this hotel four times now and this is to be my last visit. Extremely disapointed with the standard of food. Appreciate it can be very subjective. However as a vegan dont go you wont get anything other than shredded lettuce. Same meals everyday. Great if you like pizza with very strange combinations of cheese.Having paid half board i didnt expect to have to go shopping everyday. Small fridges in food wont keep food cool or long enough.Hotel looks so tired in places. Broken glass doors leading out to pool had no warning sign. Area hotel is in looks so rundown needs some investment, thats not the hotels fault. Entertainment dreadful and ameaturish.Cleaning staff fabulous a pleasure to talk to everyday.Dont take my experience as the same one you would have but i do wonder how it keeps 3 stars giving maintenace issues around the building. Doors that should have been replaced years ago in reception toilets, that close properly, loose handles.

Nice hotel for what we payed… great drink selections and if your all in u get discounts off premium drinks . The snacks was poor to b honest that could really do with improving. I have to admit I was disappointed with the food . As hardly any choice but that may be because we came out of season. The salad selection was very poor and I lookForward to that the most. Hotel very clean and staff were good and they had good entertainment which was even better. I would def stay again but mayb wouldnt go all inclusive . But for what we payed it was a great stay

Just back from our third time at this hotel. Food is good. Spotlessley clean room . Needed to call reception on three occasions for assistence, issues sorted within minutes. This hotel has everything you need from luggage lockers, scales for your case, early breakfast for early checkout, early morning call good entertainment and knowledgable staff who will book a taxi for you. The cleaners do an amazing job, they are so hardworking. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We are currently here just now, we booked a twin room with love holidays as a family of four. We got a room which looks onto the three pools and also the sea.. what a stunning view! Both kids beds fold up with one turning into a 2 seater sofa which gives plenty of space but of course not a lot when the beds are out. Not a problem at all just fold them up in the morning. We just missed some cloudy weather it’s been about 24 degrees and has to be like this the rest of the week. There is a range of pools for the kids. I have a 10 year old who is very water confident and a 5 year old who is not. Plenty for them to do. There is a kids park it has a swing, climbing frame and slide. Small but still good for the younger ones to play in for a bit. The food has been okay. There doesn’t seem to be a kids club but a lot for the kids to do and entertainment throughout the day. Spirits are included in the all inclusive package which I was very surprised at such as Malibu, Baileys etc. Yes the hotel is on a hill but a short walking distance to/from the beach. We are having a brilliant time so glad we booked and so much to do in Benalmadena. Just returned from the Bali. Staff are all excellent.Rooms are very small as is the balcony. They are cleaned every day as is towels.Pool areas are poor the loungers at the bottom pool were terrible , top pool had better loungers but no atmosphere.You are given a card to use at the bars so that you return your glasses . Only some staff ask for it, I ended up with a dozen or so. The bar area is ample and the beer , spirits and prosecco are decent.
