  Lovely 5 night stay. Fully refurbished quality hotel

  Five nights bed & breakfast for two booked through Jet2 including flights from Bristol and coach transferes cost us £1,280.00.Very nice hotel throughout, fully refurbished inside and out to a very high standard and great staff. Located on the seafront with ground pool and skybar pools. Comfortable, modern looking bedroom with sea view. Plenty of choice for breakfast.Beach towels are available for €30 deposit each. The poolside wasn't too busy during our stay in May.We ate in the restaurant twice for €25 each. Good value, compared to other reataurants in the locality. Drinks were extra.We also ordered snaks in the main bar and skybar. Good service and generous portions.Fantastic entertainment both in the skybar around 7.30pm and in the main bar at 9.30pm. We really enjoyed the Rock and Roll Brothers.   Great Hotel

  Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in a deluxe sea view room, bed and breakfast. Staff were all very friendly.The room was fantastic - spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a view of the sea over the pool area. Mini bar was available but we didn’t use it.Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. There was a specific area for gluten free cereal options and alternative milk options too.Hotel is situated in a great location, a nice walk along the coast towards lots of bars, shops and restaurants. Torremolinos town is not far away but it is uphill and/or up steps depending on your route but there is a public lift too. Short walk to the station for trips to Malaga, Fuengirola or further afield to Nerja.Really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend.   Overall a good stay, but some tweaks required

  This was our second stay at this hotel, the last being in 2024. Overall, not much has changed. The service by all members of staff was good and the facilities as expected. The food in the evenings was generally good, with the fresh fruit being the outstanding aspect. However, there are a few things which could be improved. Firstly, the offering at breakfast is repetitive to say the least. Overcooked, greasy fried eggs, watery packet scrambled egg and the worst sausages we have had in a hotel. The so called chicken sausages were like pink plastic. Secondly, the 45 minute sunbed rule is not enforced at any stage - why put it in place if you aren’t going to enforce it ? Next, there really needs to be a separate area around the pools where smoking is allowed, rather than us non smokers being subjected to other people’s cigarettes. We have seen this done in many other hotels in Spain, so it wouldn’t be beyond the realms of possibility for something similar to be done here. Lastly, the drinks, especially the spirits, are small measures and hugely overpriced.   The Best hotel in Torremolinos

  Better than home experience

  We stayed in Melia The LEVEL in a junior suite. The view was great and the lounge and pool for Level guests were superb. A little bit busy at the pool at times but still a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, both my wife and I fell ill during our stay and that is when the Level reception staff more specifically Marta, Pilar and Jasmin really made a difference. They went out of their way to make us feel as comfortable as possible and whilst the level experience already gave a 5⭐️’ ish experience it now almost felt better than home.
