Disappointing Stay.

Disappointing stay. No instructions on how to enter on arrival, stood outside for 20 minutes and eventually met by someone and gained access. Room was a lot smaller and darker than the pictures show, shower was not clean with hairs under the show doors. Mini fridge was empty, no free bottle of wine as advertised. TV remote didnt work as it wasnt compatible to the TV. No bins within the room. All points above raised through WhatsApp as no-one is around to speak to but neither points were rectified. A constant annoying noise throughout the day and night, can only assume its coming from the air conditioning although, it persisted when the air con was turned off. Door to the pool area was locked approx. 10:30am, no idea why and again, no-one to speak with onsite and having to go through WhatsApp. Good location, probably the only good thing about the stay.

Cancelled accommodation while I was in the airport

Please do not book with this hotel. I had booked to stay here form the 4th to the 6th August I advised I’d be checking checking in at 2.00 am on the 4th and confirmed this numerous times via WhatsApp, in the airport prior to boarding our plane I asked for a video on how to access the suites. I was told I wasn’t booked in until tomorrow, when I resent my confirmation messages he said I wasn’t after a free night and he was cancelling the booking. I then had to try arrange another hotel while in the airport, Hotel Lima had one room for one night and another for the second night, and as we were coming in the early morning we paid for three nights which I would have paid Molo suites for had he communicated this with me, we then had to change hotel on the last night as hotel Lima were full but the amazing staff there arranged a hotel for us. To say it ruined what should have been my 40th birthday celebrations would be an understatement, the person I was speaking to was rude and aggressive and didn’t care less about me having nowhere to stay when I arrived. The hotel was absolutely amazing! The room was luxurious, beautiful and we had everything we could possibly need. The cleaning, service and breakfast was 10/10! Would definitely recommend! Restaurants, shopping etc is in walking distance. We will absolutely come back ??

Best honeymoon experience

First of all I want to thank the Team in Molo they made my honey moon vacation so unforgettable with the high experience service provided by them. They did upgrade my booking to an amazing suite with best view ever. I really enjoyed staying at this luxury suite.I hope I see you soon guys. Comfortable stay

We spent 6 nights at Molo Luxury Suites and enjoyed our time there. The owners were very nice and helped in sorting out taxis for us thus avoiding us being ripped off by a limo company so we were very grateful for that. The staff were very sweet. We asked for additional pillows which were supplied to us. There was a bottle of Cava and a plate of chocolates and grapes in our room which was a very nice welcome. We stayed in a Junior Suite (Room 8) which was very spacious and well designed. The shower was powerful and large. The towels were lovely - very thick and fluffy and there were robes and slippers. It had a terrace with a jacuzzi bath on it. It does need an umbrella or a shade on the terrace though. The breakfast is served on the terrace upstairs and was perfect for us as we don't normally eat breakfast but for those who consider breakfast an important part of their day you might be disappointed. There is a small bar trolley on the terrace which is not manned by a barman but would be more of an honesty bar unless one of the staff is there.In reading some other reviews and now having stayed there I can understand why there is confusion as to what category of accommodation this falls under. You will arrive at an apartment block which is not solely inhabited by Molo Suites. The third floor is theirs which has the Reception, a lovely sitting room and the terrace on. Other apartments in the block belong to them but not all. You will need a key to access the 3rd floor from the lift which is labeled Molo Suites. We were on the ground floor as you walk in and you need a code to enter the corridor that has two rooms in - ours was room 8 and the other room was 7. There were 2 other apartments on that floor that were not part of the accommodations for Molo Suites. I have tried to show all of this in my photographs.It took us approximately 15/20 mins to walk down to Puerto Banus Marina. On the return it is uphill so can be slightly challenging in the heat. There is an Italian Restaurant on the corner of the apartment block and a supermarket and other shops around the corner if you don't want to make the trip down to the Marina.As part of our deal airport transfers were included which was hugely valuable as Malaga Airport is approximately an hour's drive.If you are looking for a quiet spot that is comfortable and well designed and away from the busy areas then I would recommend Molo Suites. I did not see the other suites or rooms so cannot comment on them.
