Location

This hotel is situated in the tourist centre of Marbella. It is just 200 metres to the stunning long sandy beach, the city centre is 1 km away and Puerto Banús harbour is 7 km from the hotel. Several shopping areas with shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants surround the hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lift and features 76 apartments. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     The apartment hotel is excellent in every way - staff, accommodations and location. I had a 1-bedroom (#110) for 3 weeks and must say that it was bigger than my first apartment after college. They are fully furnished and serviced each day. The only thing I had to buy were food containers. It is one block from the marble stairs down to “El Paseo” - the extensive boardwalk; and two blocks from the main avenue and Corte Ingles (including supermarket in one direction and a Mercadona Supermarket in the other. All rooms have large terraces. Though you have a full kitchen and can easily make your own, an excellent buffet breakfast is available for 12 euro. There is also a full-service restaurant and bar, as well as a spa on this property.All staff, including reception, are wonderfully helpful.Staying here was such a good experience I just about cried when I left.

    Lovely apartments really spacious with a gorgeous pool. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Great location a short walk to the beach where there are some lovely restaurants. The mercadona supermarket is just around the corner which is really handy. I thought they were very good value also.     Very nice place in all ways

    Room was.very large, full kitchen, everything worked, very clean, just a few.minor signs of old.age. breakfast was.great and only 15 euros for a full selection. Location is great in best area of Marbella. About 20 minute walk to old.town, 2 minutes to the beach promenade with many restaurants. There is free street parking usually, more available after 5.pm, or walk a block to the roundabout in front of the convention center, almost always available there, look for areas with a white line, free public parking. The room was very quiet. Really great choice and good value place.     A warm welcome and great experience

    We are an older couple and had a wonderful 3 week stay in an apartment, the staff were so kind and helpful we had a spacious, quiet room with a huge terrace with outside eating and sun loungers. The kitchen though small had a full sized dishwasher and washing machine and adequate cooking facilities. The furnishings were sturdy and comfortable for our requirements and housekeeping staff were very pleasant and efficient The location is great, a short walk to the promenade, supermarkets and an array of cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes, there are bus stops on the main road for Puerto Banas and Estopona.We will look forward to a return visit.
