This appealing apartment complex affords a central and very convenient location. It lies just 100 m from links to the public transport network. Also within 100 m is an array of shopping facilities as well as numerous restaurants, bars, cafés and various other entertainment facilities. The wonderful inviting beach and the magnificent turquoise blue sea are just 400 m from the complex. The centre of Marbella can be reached easily by car or public transport in just a few minutes.

Guests have a choice of 187 apartments located in a 3-storey main building and a 7-storey auxiliary building. This apartment hotel has a lift and a 24-hour reception desk. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing.     We had an apartment at the hotel which was good. I’ll say no more. Hotel poor and restaurant food uneatable. Fortunately lots of great restaurants close to here.

    The apartment was spacious, the pool area was excellent, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.However, the apartments were noticeably outdated, and the level of cleanliness in both the apartment and the public areas did not meet the standard we would expect from a four-star hotel. With some renovation and more attention to cleanliness, this could be a much better experience.     Cleanliness seems to be an issue at this resort even though we have stayed here over many years , the apartments are very spacious and most have dishwasher and washing machine however they only clean apartments every 4 days and when I say clean they don’t empty the bins in the bathrooms and sometimes just turn the bed sheets over and rarely replace the toilet roll , it’s not much to ask really ,also the lady in reception is always so cold even though she knows we come here alot The pool area should be brushed and cleaned but it never is and the lifeguards just sit around all day and do not do nothing probably on poor money so would you blame them, it would be such a lovely place if cleanliness was kept up to scratch , Hotel Manager, Owner at Ona Alanda Club Marbella, responded to this review Hi there, Thanks for leaving us a review. ??We're delighted you appreciate our spacious apartments with fully-equipped kitchens ??, designed for extended comfort.Our cleaning schedule follows a 4-day cycle for stays of that duration, focusing on linen and towel changes while encouraging guests to place used towels on the floor for replacement.     Location is good to get to other areas. Rooms are good however room towels only changed every 4 days. The pool area could be so much better. No cleaning of pool area has taken far so far and we are on day 6 of our holiday. Pool has green algae on the tiles, sunbeds and floor area are not cleaned down. Litter from the previous day can be found under sunbeds. Bins are emptied around pool at the end of the day but other than a man with a leaf blower No other cleaning has taken place around the pool area. Shame really.     I recently stayed at Ona Alanda Club Marbella while attending a friend's wedding, and I had a fantastic experience. The wedding venue was beautifully set up and created a wonderful atmosphere for a truly memorable day.The animation team were great fun and brought lots of energy throughout the stay especially with the bingo at the pool, while the lady in the hut was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed assistance.The only minor point I would mention is that service at the main bar could be a little slow at times, but this was a small issue and certainly didn't detract from the overall experience.Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend Ona Alanda Club Marbella.
