Good stay here despite being apprehensive due to some of the review.Check in smooth and friendly. Room was lovely and very clean. Lots of nice towels and nice welcome pack. Hotel tired in places but I believe you get what you pay for. Nice location. Lovely restaurants nearby.

I was a bit apprehensive about this hotel before I went reading other reviews but I was very pleasantly surprised. PROs......The location is amazing a few minutes walk into the main strip. The hotel is very clean. The beds were very comfortable. I did not have to pay a deposit. The pool area is beautiful. I did ask in advance for a low floor room which I did get. I also asked if my daughter would be able to use an inflatable ring in the pool. She is a disabled adult. This was also facilitated. I dont know if it was the lifeguard that was on duty or the fact that it was the end of the summer but lots of people were able to enjoy inflatables in the pool the week we were there. I dont know why a lot of hotels in Spain no longer allow them?? Staff were all very pleasant. We never had to queue or wait for a sunbed.WiFi and air conditioning both very good. CONs...... No oven in the apartment. No English TV channels except news. Lifts very slow but we mostly took the stairs as we were on the first floor.

These apartments are in an ok location about a 25 minute walk to the square and 45 minutes to the marina. The apartment block is a shared building with local residents which should really be stated when booking because been welcomed by a big black dog when the lift opens isn't for everyone. The rooms are clean and well equipped although some of the furniture is tired and old. The biggest disappointment is the pool area the pool itself is nice and clean but the rules are excessive children like to play in the pool when on holiday and not allowing inflabes or small balls is pathetic all in all it's a decent base for your holiday.

Been here the last week, awful hotel would never stay again residents rude, staff rude, residents who live in the hotel take priority over paying hotel guests and complain about everything you do and make you feel very unwelcome, the small male recepionist is so rude asked for late check out before id even finished the sentence was told no without even checking, no music, no atmosphere, dogs walking all around the hotel. Will never be back.
