  BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!I have never been so disappointed in a Hotel. We were really looking forward to our stay here but it was disappointing from the moment we stepped into our room! The room we were given was.on the 8th floor and it was tiny, you could barely get into the bathroom as the space between the open door and sink was very small. Also there was an awful smell coming from the Bathroom. There was no way we could tolerate 2 weeks in it! We barely had any sleep the 1st night due to the noise of the people next door. Thankfully after asking at reception, we were given another more spacious room which, apart from the ants was ok.So many bad points...stained bath, drain in middle of the bathroom floor very loose, housekeeping kept leaving our balcony door open which we ensured was closed before we went out! The sunbeds were filthy, the fake grass smelled of wet dog and was really dirty with food, straws &cigarette butts especially on the Solarium grass, you can see the dirt on one of my photos that came off one of the outside tables I used! Outside area was also dirty and not cleaned enough.Food was ok but quite bland and repetitive and depending on what time you went to the restaurant, it could take a while for dishes to be replenished. Entertainment didnt start until 11pm, how ridiculous especially in a residential area. This meant if you were an early yo bed person, there was no chance of peace until after 1am and then you had the noise of other guests at all hours coming down the corridors being very loud and doors being slammed. The walls in the rooms were so thin, you could hear everything from the rooms around you. We barely had a full nights sleep the whole time we were there!The lifts are a nightmare to use due to so many people needing them and you sometimes have to wait 3 or 4 times for them to go up and down before getting into one.I found the receptionists very rude and impersonal...we are guests...be nice to everyone regardless of their query or complaint! Very few of the staff were pleasant, you barely got a smile out of some of them. I know it is near the end of the season but everyone should be treated well and with the right attitude!As for having to pay for sunbeds at the part of the beach the hotel has, that is a joke! It should be part of your package. Expensive if you are using it every day and also if you go after 30th September, the beach snack bar is closed as is the self service on the Solarium which means you need to go up and down 8 floors to get a drink!I would never recommend thisHotel to anyone and I certainly would not call it a 4 Star Hotel, 3 Star maybe!The pictures on the holiday booking places need to be updated as what we saw is not what we got!

  2 week stay from 23rd Sept -7th OctAfter mixd reviews before booking i wasent sure what to expect. We arrived at 1130 am cheakd in quickly and were able to use the all inclusive straight away their was a lockd room to store luggage .Hotel is clean and tidy reception are friendly and helpful i had bookd a superior room with pool veiwI emaild to ask could we have a lowish floor this was done.We got in our room at 330 lovely room fridge big bathroom and large walk in shower. Kettle and coffee machine. Bottle of water left every day clean towels daily ,safe in room we never usd it so not sure if theirs a charge for it.air con in room not the best but does help I dont think be great in peak season.Lifts can be a pain waiting but we were on 2nd floor so stairs were fine we came down straight at restaurant. Plenty of sun bed and parasols but sun beds ard stackd quite high not easy to get down .Food was nice my husband is fussy but he ate well we did go out and eat a few times the hotel is situated right by all the shops bars .self service for soft drinks lager wine and water few cocktails to choose from and good selection of spirits.bags of crisps given at bar nuts from a large pot in small cups .Entertainment ok on every night at 10pm outside their is a big room if it rains for Entertainment it gets very busy .Pepes opens at 9pm till 1 and some Entertainment in their at 11pm all inclusive finishes at 12 but you can buy drinks after and are reasonably priced .Overall we had a great stay.We visited chamber of secrets a magic illustusionist show well worth it.And minnellis a drag show again worth a visit both great shows.We will definitely return to the hotel .   Great location. Loads of bars 5/10 mins walking distance. Beach is a farther walk but very good. Train station is nearby, again 5/10 mins walk. Booked before looking at reviews, when i seen them i was skeptical but honestly dont believe what you read on here. Rooms very clean and maids everyday. Was very affordable to book. Entertainment is okay. Loads of bars and there is even a “nightclub” in the hotel. Good atmosphere, everyone friendly including staff. Walls seem paper thin, can hear noise but not to the point i wouldnt advise booking lol.
