Extremely bad service and bad quality
13 Aug 2026
Not a 5 star or even 4 star in any standard! Totally deceiving pictures as the property is 3 star at its best. Very disturbing and noisy rooms as walls are thin. All rooms and furnitures are dated and old. Shower was loose. No technology update, not even a usb in rooms. Extremely rude manager at the reception as we asked for cancelation and refund of the next night to leave the hotel. Instead of apologizing and acknowledging no response to the loud music being blasted at 5 am he said you only have stayed one night so I won’t cancel the second night. It’s a below average 3 star property in the middle of freeway. Value your money and stay at a decent place instead of this scam. Hotel- cmanager, Owner at Senator Banus Hotel, responded to this review Dear Sasha,Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We sincerely apologize that your experience fell short in several areas and did not reflect the standards we aim to provide. Pleasant surprise
11 Jul 2026
All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful from reception to the breakfast team and housekeeping.I thought the breakfast price was a little high but the quality and choice was extremely good. If you need a taxi to go anywhere, reception will call one for you. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The room I was allocated was on the second floor and overlooked the pool.Good size room with excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was equipped with everything you need but I do not like a bath with a shower over. Much prefer a separate shower as the bathroom was equipped was very slippery.I would definitely stay here again. Hotel- cmanager, Owner at Senator Banus Hotel, responded to this review Dear Guide82940;Thank you for providing your comments; they are greatly valued. It's wonderful to know you had such a positive experience with us.Our staff's dedication and your satisfaction with amenities like the breakfast selection and room comfort are particularly gratifying. We're also pleased our convenient services like taxi arrangements added ease to your visit.Still, we apologize for the bathroom setup not aligning with your preferences. Your feedback helps us understand guest needs better.Nonetheless, we're delighted our high standards in cleanliness and service made your stay memorable. The beach and golf courses nearby remain ready for your next exploration. We are hoping to welcome you back in the future. All the best.Pedro HervesGeneral Manager

Relax at the Senator Banus
09 Jul 2026
The Senator Banus is a very comfortable and lovely place to relax. The staff are excellent and the breakfast has lots of choice. The pool area is beautifully clean and very comfortable. The pool is clean, warm and great to use. The only negative would be the location for local restaurants. Hotel- cmanager, Owner at Senator Banus Hotel, responded to this review Dear Guest,We appreciate you sharing your perspective with us.We are thrilled to hear your stay at Senator Banús Hotel left such a positive impression. Our team takes pride in delivering attentive service, and we are delighted you found our breakfast offerings varied and enjoyable. Your kind words about the pool area’s cleanliness and comfort are equally appreciated. That said, we regret any inconvenience caused by the proximity to dining options. While the hotel is nestled in a tranquil residential area ideal for relaxation, we understand the preference for closer restaurant access. Finally, we are glad the serene atmosphere and well-maintained facilities contributed to your relaxing experience. Our outdoor pools are designed to provide a peaceful retreat, and we are pleased they met your expectations. It would be a pleasure to welcome you back in the future. Kind regards,Pedro HervesGeneral Manager
