  The beach by apartment was very gritty /rocky and hard to walk on. Also hard to get in sea.The apartment was very cluttered with to much furniture. 6 tall metal stools.6 dinning chairs, 4 tables, ectThe apartment needs an refurbishment. Mould on wall in dining area, paint flaking off walls outside. everyday having to brush clean and huge cracks in blaster rails on balcony overlooking sea.

  This is a beautiful apartment block and our apartment had the most stunning views. Unfortunately the furnishings in the apartments are desperate for a deep clean of better still replacing. Kitchen and bathroom also in dire need for replacement especially considering what it cost.

  This has to be the most terrible apartment I have ever seen. We booked it through bookings.com but paid the agents direct. They are Inmobilliaria Canovas.We arrived 25th June and are still here on 2nd October and have not spent one night there despite paying €1200 for 15 days. It was so dirty and run down we went straight to the office and they said they would get a cleaning team in. We went back 24 hours later and nothing had been done. We took photos both times and asked to talk to a manager and still to date no one has the decency to call us. Booking.com said they were not responsible as we paid the company direct. After three days they offered us another apartment by email in the centre of town. Our original booking was on the beach with a pool . The second property was half the price. We have had to find other accommodation at our own cost. I have never seen such a disgusting apartment in all my life. Look at the pictures below. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE. Also it was next to a building site!!!!It should not be allowed that they can get away with this!!!

  The Apartment we had was bloc 1 3B , good sea and pool views, equipped with everything we could need. We stayed for 3 weeks and can have no complaints with anything, the pool and gardens were immaculate. The apartment was well furnished and had a great WiFi connection. The owner was easy to contact and dealt with anything we needed to know.

  We rented an apartment in this block for 6 nights for 590 euros. So it was relatively cheap. The apartment was great, good view of the pool and the ocean. Clean, tidy and well presented. We had a washing machine, coffee, detergents all provided, so this makes a good base. The pool is in a well kept garden and their is a garden / pool attendant who keeps it all looking good. There are various supermarkets and great restaurants nearby. It's a 10-15 min walk to the old town so really handy. Also all kitchen utensils if you want to make a lunch there. There is a Lidl 5 mins away by car too. A few points:- the sunbeds are old and saggy so not the most comfortable- you can't have lilo or inflatables in the pool, the rules are the same for children- these are generally privately rented apartments so home DIY and slamming doors so may be possible - the beaches are all shingle and pebbles and are not sand so you really need to consider special beach shoes as it's really difficult to walk and it gets pretty hot.
