Great locationBeds: Mattresses old and uncomfortable- could feel the wire pocket springs in my back. Pillows seemed damp and probably never cleanedRoom Condition: Clean but the decor and furnishings extremely out dated, paint peeling off tiles, desk chipped, noisy tridge. Do not get a room with locked connecting door to next door room - you can hear absolutely everything!!Gym - 3m x 3m max and half the room taken up by a multi purpose weights machine that was out of orderPoor quality restaurant foodCommunal areas - in need of maintenance - water leak on ground floor caught by buckets there for my entire 6 day stay

Great location, good facilities, awful customer service.

    rating21 Aug 2026

The staff, particularly those at the front desk and restaurant, exhibited impoliteness, which is particularly concerning given the price. I am confident that I am not the only individual who has raised this issue regarding the subpar customer service provided.
