Location

This beach hotel is situated in Almuñécar, Costa Tropical of Granada. The establishment lies just steps away from the beach and is a pleasant 20-minute walk along the seaside from the historic centre.     A big 'thank you' to Mercedes and her staff for making our group Christmas Lunch so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, everything done with a smile. The food was delicious and there was even cranberry sauce served with the turkey dinner. Thank you again and we'll be back next Christmas.

    Amazingly relaxing stay in this lovely beach hotel a home from home with the best beds for comfort and GREAT staf! All freshly painted and done up with a good breakfast too! Just loved it all! Saw dolphins right outside my window leaping about and swam near one too a few days later, a truly magical place!

    I Was In Heaven At This Hotel

    I stayed here for an extended visit to Almunecar, almost 3 weeks, (because I kept extending) and can't recommend it highly enough. I LOVE this hotel. Mercedes, her husband, and the whole staff are wonderful and welcomed me with an old fashioned hospitality you don't find anymore. My room was spotless, and the balcony was facing the sea, right on the sea, I could not believe it. Shower was very good, hot water, cleaning was outstanding, breakfast was great. Beds were very comfortable. I also loved the garden restaurant, with incredible seafood, pizzas, and more. When I rescued a tiny kitten, Mercedes allowed me to care for her in my room. (I kept her on the balcony.) That's so unusual. She just said, "You'll have a little friend," when I sheepishly inquired if I might bring her to my room. These are very excellent people in every regard. This hotel is a gem.

    Great hotel on a budget

    We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and this is the second time we have stayed here. Rooms are a decent size, and the balcony with sea views are great. Rooms were also very clean. Breakfast was included and there was a generous choice of items. The owner, Mercedes makes the stay what it is, as nothing is too much for her, and she is so warm and welcoming.We were in Spain to celebrate a relatives birthday. When Mercedes found out, she brought us some fizz for the table, on the house!Thanks very much Mercedes for our wonderful stay. Hope to return again.

    This hotel has everything you need. Small balcony with view on the sea, very good large bed. The bathroom with shower is just perfect. The owners, Mercedes and her husband are really nice people. Don't hesitate to contact them and stay there if you in the area.
