  I asked the hotel for an change of the date of stay as my wife had an accident and needed surgery, they couldn’t facilitate me but they had already taken the money from from credit card

  Comfortable hotel, I recommed it. clean room and bathroom. I was satisfied with the mattress and pillows. The breakfast room could be open earlier but the buffet was great.

  Stayed here for two nights and found it pretty good. The service was decent and the room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was fairly generic with coffee from a machine and costco pastries, but the selection was very good and included meats, fruits, and cheese.

  We love EXE hotels and have stayed in them all over Spain. This one is another excellent example. Modern, nicely designed rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Minibar, air-conditioning, toiletries, et cetera (but no safe in this case). Ultra quiet rooms thanks to great window insulation. Breakfast is exemplary offering a wide range of foods on the buffet. My husband adores the apple cake offered by many EXE hotels.It is quite a hike to the historic old city, 50 minutes on foot uphill. Luckily, there is a bus stop just down the street with buses heading towards the old town (numbers 1 or 2) every half hour and every half hour (number 1) in the other direction to the Fernando Zobel AVE train station which is about three kms out of town. The last bus from town is 10pm. Not the prettiest part of town but it is well located for getting to where you want to go. Ideal if you have a car.

  This hotel & it’s employees go above & beyond to ensure their clients feel safe & cared for during this unusual times. Right from checking in throughout our 4 day stay and up to checking out the staff treated us with courtesy & excellent manners.There was mats to clean your feet on arrival, hand sanitisers situated throughout the hotel & at every lift entrance.Buffet breakfast was still operational with the staff serving whatever you chose. The options were multiple & more than adequate. When asking for directions or indeed anything we were always met with smiles, despite our lack of the Spanish language we always were understood. The room was absolutely spotless with plenty toiletries. The tv remote which had been sanitised was in a separate cover ,the beds were extremely comfortable with extra pillows. We have no hesitation in recommending the EXE hotel. Free parking on site.
