  What can I say about this hotel, when you book they agree over the phone, when you go there they reject you and your left stranded. You can’t book online. The reception staff are not welcoming. The staff need professional training. We seen groups get rejected whilst they yelled and provided evidence of confirmation via watsap.If you do this you will lose business. Please avoid at all cost.

  Extremely bad service. We were promised a different price upon booking but charged more on arrival. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The security guards were associated with locals. We were basically being treated very badly always.

  The security guards were preventing guests from and we did not have booking while we booked four months ago. Don't trust their booking or prices. Keep your property safe, as we lost property there. The security guards were problems all the time.

  The apartment is dirty ( floor with too much dust, they didn’t change the bed sheets from previous clients, some spiders in the seeling toilet is very dirty) no towel, hand soap provided, housekeeping they never come to clean if you didn’t ask and even you ask they don’t make it properly ( toilet and sink never been cleaned), the kitchen utensils most of them are broken and they still using it, very noisy we couldn’t sleep in the night as the music and the voice from the neighbors is vey loud even we complain but still they didn’t respect our privacy. I don’t recommend this place to families even the apartment is big but not comfortable, the WiFi signal is terrible. Management should have attention to details as so many things need to be repaired, the only good things i found there is the location and the staff in the reception, they’re very friendly and helpful.

  This place was so disgusting. Bugs and spots everywhere, horrible customer service,This accommodation does not take COVID-19 procedure seriously (staff are not wearing face masks. Worst experience ever,DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY.
