Overpriced and very overrated. Avoid

This is an extremely overpriced and overrated hotel. Very fancy decor and fittings in our room which were just NOT practical. We paid extra for a terrace with spa tub but it wasn’t working,, took 3 hours to fix. Just 2 small overpriced snack bars with no proper restaurant. Friendly staff but very inefficient. Sun set bar highly overpriced and inefficient. Hotel was very quiet but drink service very slow… took 30 mins to cook an omelette. Max rating would be a 3 star hotel and is double what should be charged. Not impressed at all. The best hotel on the Island!

Our 2nd stay and we love this hotel, it is amazing & we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The staff are fabulous & pay attention to detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The pool areas are relaxing and everything is so clean. Alphonso at reception is a wonderful member of staff and made us feel so welcome. The sunsets from the sky bar are amazing & the breakfasts are not to be missed. If you stay here, nothing else on the Island will compare. Amazingly well-located hotel, just a 2 min walk from the village, with great shops and coffee and to a stunning beach. The staff is exceptional—professional yet incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel at home from the very first moment. Great location, spacious rooms & friendly staff! Just a shame they couldn’t sort out the weather!! But would highly recommend this hotel… has a great vibe to it & if the sun ever shone , I would imagine it to have superb sunset views !!!
