Location

The apartments are located in Jandía's tourist area, near the nature protection area of Saladar de Jandía. It is just 300 m to the nearest beach. Countless restaurants, bars, and links to the public transport network are all located in the surrounding area. The Galería Comercial, a shopping centre with countless outlets, can also be found nearby. Morro Jable is around 1.5 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 295 apartments, which are located on 10 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket.     NO FREE- WIFI IN THE ROOMS!! DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL AT ALL!!

    Upon arrival, I was told I wouldn't have free hotel Wi-Fi in my room. I was shocked because when I made the booking, I checked about the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, like any other person would do in 2025;- we depend on internet services for our daily life,- and the website said that there was free wifi in the rooms; is very simple: either the customers have free Wi-Fi in the rooms, or there is no booking! I had to enhance my online data during the week I was in that place, so my monthly bill has gone up. So, is that company providing the correct information to the customers and tour operators they are working with? Are they activating just some routers in some rooms to save money? In any case, horrible and tricky customer service; I won't ever go back to this place, and I won't recommend it to any of my acquaintances for any booking in that Hotel. I know very well the Canaries and Fuerteventura Island in particular, and my opinion and advice are highly considered. That horrible lack of customer service can't go unnoticed at all, and the consumers need to know about it.

    The rooms are very dated and my husband a I didn’t sleep at all. Put blankets and quilts under the bottom sheet but made no difference . The rooms are extremely hot . Lovely pool but lacked the pool bar being open as this would have made a huge difference . Staff are all lovely and no complaints about the food at all . We cut our stay short as we needed some sleep ( lucky enough to be able to get in car and drive home ) . We don’t get many chances to escape our busy work schedule so were disappointed. Next time we will increase the budget and stay somewhere a bit more luxurious

    Terrible.. Room 817 smells like a Toilet everytime and the Blond tall Women from the Reception isn't interested.You can hear everything from the other Rooms.Our Neighbors had the Cell phone in vibration mode in the Night, but we hear it like it was in our Bed.After 2 Days in this "smelling Room" we changed to an other Hotel. No Refund and the Hotel gave the Room to other People.No Help and nothing from TUI

    I don’t know why previous review says it is nothing like the pictures. It’s exactly like the pictures! After a bad start it’s been uphill since I arrived. The hotel initially couldn’t find my booking, before I left Ireland and were not entirely helpful in resolving the issue. By the time I got here the booking agent had sorted it, I’d been quite stressed and awake all night. Anyway. Location is amazing. 4 minute walk from beach, in the middle of all shops and restaurants etc. absolute prime. The studio is perfect. Well maintained, bright, spacious comfortable and spotless. View from balcony is stunning. No aircon, but for the price, you can’t have everything Reception on arrival, polite, friendly and very helpful. I just don’t understand the neg reviews. I previously stayed in 4 star hotels on my last 2 visits. I prefer this to both, for the money. The 1 star is taken off for the lack of fan, aircon and the mixup with my booking that let to a very stressed out 20 hrs prior to arrival. Can’t fault it otherwise. It’s great.

    Good cameraman for the online photos. Absolutely nothing like the pictures. This hotel is like stepping back to the 70's . Bring a couple of pairs of bell bottom dungarees and a few tank tops and you'll feel as though you've gone back in time. My friends Jodie and Manda went out to buy a couple of pairs of plastic platform boots. A lot better places to stay nearby.
