This complex is situated in the middle of a tropical palm tree wood, some 500,000 m2 in size, in the south of Fuerteventura. The hotel is right on the seafront of the beaches of Jandia.

134 apartments are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden.
