Amazing Boutique Apartment
27 Mar 2026
The apartment location is probably the best we've ever had, offering amazing sea views. We had a quiet double bedroom which is more than adequate with safe in the wardrobe. The shower room was also adequate. The living area/ kitchen is big, leading onto a large balcony with an amazing sea view. Lovely furniture in a clean environment, it's ideal for a relaxing holiday. The sitting room also had a sofa bed. We will definitely be coming back here. Thanks to the lovely staff for make our stay so good. Not what we booked
02 Aug 2025
Be warned if you have booked through Love Holidays. Booked what we thought was a 2 bedroom duplex apartment with Love Holidays. When we arrived it was a 1 bedroom apartment with a pull down bed in the lounge, this was far from ideal with our adult daughter. Tried to speak to Reception but couldn’t make them understand. It seems a 2 bedroom apartment is one bedroom and 3 bedroom is 2 bedrooms. They definitely need to liaise with their supplier to advertise the apartments properly. There is not a lot of privacy on the terraces as the staff are in and out of the gardens all the time. One afternoon while eating lunch they randomly started butchering the palms trees. We were told that we had to go inside with no warning, the terrace was left in a real mess. The apartments themselves are clean and modern but we wouldn’t return. Esmeralda Resorts, Marketing at Garden & Sea Boutique Lodging by LIVVO, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that we do not offer 2-bedroom apartments on our official website or through any of the channels directly managed by us. You are welcome to verify this information at any time by visiting our official website. We regret any confusion that may have arisen through third-party agencies such as Love Holidays, over whose listings and descriptions we do not have direct control. We are in regular contact with our partners to ensure that all published information is as accurate and transparent as possible.Regarding the garden maintenance, we apologize if it disrupted your lunch. These tasks are essential to maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property, and we always strive to carry them out with minimal inconvenience to our guests. We appreciate your positive comments about the cleanliness and modern design of our apartments. We’re sorry to hear that you would not consider returning, but should you choose to visit us again, we would be happy to welcome you.Kind regards,The team at Apartamentos Garden&Sea Boutique Lodging

apartment okay, service zero
09 Apr 2024
We stayed here for nine nights as a group of two people. The location of this duplex apartment is excellent. The furnishings are okay, although the cupboards and doors (bathroom) on the bedroom floor need renovation. The lady at the reception and the housekeeping staff are friendly. However, we had a major problem with the jacuzzi. From day 2 we reported that the jacuzzi was not functioningA technician has been by every day since day 4, but we were not able to use the jacuzzi during our stay. Submitted a written complaint upon returning home, but no response. Recalled after 5 weeks, still no response. Very disappointing, considering the price range of the apartment (we paid 190 euros per night). That is why this accommodation scores a very poor score. Esmeralda Resorts, Marketing at Garden & Sea Boutique Lodging by LIVVO, responded to this review Liebe Wilma, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback, das uns hilft, uns zu verbessern.
