  Just back from a fantastic 7 day stay. We were welcomed by Andreas on reception who was very helpful and kind for our whole stay. The pools are immaculately clean and the slides were great for the kids. There was no issues getting sunbeds anytime of the day. The room we had was lovely, we upgraded to a pool view which was well worth it. The food was great lots of choice, never any queues and plenty of tables. The staff are quick at clearing plates and tables and replenishing the food. Plenty of choices for drinks and the self service drinks at meals works very well. The entertainment staff are fantastic and offer great activities through the day games, aqua gym. Kids club etc. The entertainment staff put on a great show on an evening and some outside acts also come in. The location of the hotel is great only 8 mins walk to bars and shops and around 18/20 min walk to the centre of Corralejo but we just took a taxi for 5 euro. The waterpark is also in walking distance. The only slight negatives I would say are some areas of the rooms do have some wear and tear but that is to be expected and hopefully will be fixed over time but this would never impact or spoil a stay here. We will 100% return in the future. If you have booked please do not be put off by negative reviews, this is great hotel with wonderful staff and great value for money.   An Honest realist review!

  Having read the reviews it nearly turned us off coming here but to our surprise it exceeded our expectations by a mile once we arrived. 7 of us came together, all as pleased with the place as the rest! The food is fab plentiful and fresh. We have stayed in 2* up to 5* hotels and would rate this 4*. The rooms are massive clean and modern enough. The entertainment is very good. Both kids and adults on our group enjoyed each night! Usually we eat out for dinner in the evenings but we’re enjoying the food so much we haven’t yet! Nachos guacamole jalapeños sour cream and chill con were delicious. Everything is tbh! Our kids are 12 and have high standards and both rated it a 4 star also LOL! Loads for the kids here: pools slides playground volley ball arcade room etc etc etc We Will definitely return! Thank you for al the team that work effortlessly. My only critic is the bin in the bathroomIs rusty. A few euro would change these minor things but over all. GREAT! Walk to town also nice. 15 mins.   A pleasant, basic value for money break

  We recently stayed for 10 days at BLUESEA Aloe Club and overall had a really enjoyable and relaxing holiday.First impressions & staffCheck-in was straightforward and set the tone nicely. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special mention to the animation team who work incredibly hard to keep everyone entertained—there’s several daytime activities on if you want to join in. It was also great to see visiting singers and acts every other night, which added a nice touch to the evenings, as the in-house entertainment was not for everyone’s taste.Hotel and amenitiesThe hotel is clean and generally well-maintained. Some of the external walls could do with a bit of repair, but nothing that impacted our stay. There’s plenty of seating around the complex, which is great for relaxing.The main challenge is sunbeds at peak times—there’s definitely room for more. By around 7:45am, most are “reserved” with towels, even though this is technically not allowed (as stated in the welcome leaflet), but it doesn’t seem to be enforced.There’s a small arcade and pool tables for some extra entertainment, which is a nice bonus. Reception will change up notes into coins for you to use .The pools are on the colder side as they’re not heated, but the slides are great fun and definitely make up for it. Lifeguards were always present and attentive, which is reassuring.A really handy feature is the back gate, which gives quicker access into town—saving around 10 minutes walking time. It takes 20-25 walk to the Main Street in corralejo. It’s worth a look with lots of shops, bars and restaurants.DrinksCocktails are decent, though a bit hit-and-miss depending on who’s making them. Some bar staff take the time to mix them properly with spirits, while others use pre-made mixes, which aren’t quite as enjoyable. The beer (San Miguel) is always cold and refreshing. The mixed slushies were great for kids and when accompanied with a spirit of your choice.The reusable plastic cup system works really well—you can grab a few at once and save yourself multiple trips to the bar.Food We always managed to find something to eat, so no complaints there. A top tip: go as soon as lunch or dinner service opens. The food is freshest and fully stocked then—later on, it can take a bit of time to replenish, and temperatures do drop slightly.One thing to note is that birds do occasionally make their way into the restaurant area (particularly around the bread), which might not sit well with everyone, though it seems to be something that’s generally accepted locally.Rooms & housekeepingRooms were cleaned every two days, with bedding changed every four, which worked well for us.We stayed in a ground-floor apartment. It’s worth being mindful that the sliding terrace doors and kitchen window could potentially be opened quite easily, which did raise some minor security concerns. There is a safe available to rent for €10, which is a good option for peace of mind.Noise levelsThe hotel is generally quiet after 11:30pm, making it easy to unwind.   An honest review from a 65 year old couple.

  My husband booked this holiday last minute, when I read the reviews it caused a real argument, so I went with the mindset that I wouldn’t like it.Coach pulled up to reception and we both groaned, it needs a major facelift. However, when we got to our room it was lovely and clean and over looked a really nice pool area, this lifted my spirits a little. See attached photo from room 320.Went down for our first evening meal around 8pm, all I can say all the other food reviews are correct, it was dire, bland and cold. Next morning we went to breakfast which was cooked very clean and fresh. Next evening meal was dire and bland however I did find a microwave to the right of the live cooking station. After this my husband had breakfast everyday then we tended to eat out around 5pm.The walk into town is a good 30/35 minutes, we are both 65 years old and it was too much for us.Tried a couple of drinks at various times, again these were dire so we drank out a lot of the time.I think for families this would be a good hotel as kids don’t notice these thing, for couples I would not return.
