Location

This holiday village lies near the sea, in a lively area right in Corralejo. From here, it is very easy for families to embark on an exploratory tour and get to know the area a bit better.

Facility

Guests receive a warm welcome at the holiday village. 110 junior suites and 20 double rooms are available. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Further services include medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service and a laundry service. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A minibar and a desk or, for an additional fee, a safe are also available. Features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. Other features include a telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge). Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a whirlpool bath. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The complex has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy tennis and volleyball. For a fee, fishing is also available. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as catamaraning and kayaking or, for a fee, snorkelling. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options, such as a sauna, massage treatments, anti-ageing treatments and a hydrojet massage, are offered for a fee. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and a casino.

Meals

The complex includes a restaurant and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. The holiday village offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Our week at the Blue Corralejo Village

    The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and very clean. Our room was amazing with a pool view, because its only a 2 storey build, there is a good feeling of space. Location it is perfect for the beach which is about a 10 minute walk and the restaurants, bars and shops are all a step away. The only downside for me was the evening meal, very disappointed with the variety of food, we did go out to eat 3 times after seeing what was on offer even though we were all inclusive , got to say the lunch menu was so much better. After saying all this it is still a very chill out hotel for a week stay.

    Perfect for a 5 night break. Lovely hotel, decent choice at the buffet, different options each night. Lost a point because each day there were birds actually ON the buffet bread and salad areas, which put us off a bit.

    BIRDS IN RESTAURANT

    BIRDS BIRDS BIRDSPlease scroll and look at reviews from weeks ago.Unfortunately on our first morning in the restaurant we had birds flying around our feet and landing on lampshades above your head while trying to eat.I emailed before arrival to ask about this problem and was told it was an isolated incident. Clearly not, at lunch time my husband when to get some soup and they were sat on the bread pecking at food.The worst time was the evening meal where a bird sat freely under the hot plate pecking rice from the food.After 5 complaints, where reception admitted they do have a problem with birds and they are waiting for a professional scare crow to come out, that was enough for us, we ate out.The reception told us 4 days running that the Manager Sonia would come and speak with us and on the day of departure after waiting 4 hours, she didn't bother.Came home emailed to complain and within 5 minutes I receive a reply telling me they have no problem with birds?Really am I lying, do the pictures Lie, guests around the pool were also unhappy about the birds, and I witnessed 2 other people complaining at Reception.The Staff at reception were so apologetic and said they are trying to get the birds in the restaurant resolved but its taking time,But the Manager who emailed me told me that even though there are NO bird issues, if I wasn't happy with the birds in the restaurant I could of found alternative accommodation.Been coming here for 15 years when it was the old Dunas Caleta, but never again.Staff lovely as always, pool bar always a queue 10 deep, with 1 member of staff, race for sunbeds at 9am if you are not down by 10am no bed, and beds awful so rock hard,But I can live with that, just the BIRDS for me was a NO NO, and the Management leaves a lot to be desired.Please watch out for the response to this, as I am sure it will be we do not have a bird issue!!!!!!!!!

    Great location , 6 minutes walk to the beach, shops near by if you need anything. You could really walk everywhere. Lovely staff, always friendly and could not do more for you. They made you feel very welcome and always happy to help. Thanks to Cinzia making us lovely cocktails at the pool bar! You need to try cocktail called Gran Canaria! You can get pool towels from reception, no deposit needed, but if you want to change them then you pay a euro. Also some people had their own Stanley cups with them but you pay 1 euro deposit per glass and get it back when you stop having refreshments. By the pool there are 5 cabanas you can hire them from reception, one day 10 euros. We hired number 5 and 1, no 1 being more peaceful than no 5 as it was more out of the way. One afternoon there was saxophonist playing by the pool which was nice surprise.All inclusive was very nice , always fresh pizzas , salad and cava everywhere, even for your breakfast which was nice surprise! Rooms were spacious , we had a pool view deluxe room. Bed little bit hard but air conditioning good. My 18y old daughter said WiFi little bit slow but Overall very nice holiday and hotel!
