Location

This hotel lies within 300 m of the nearest sandy beach and it is just a short 5-minute walk to the centre of Caleta de Fuste. The public transport network is easily reached on foot. The island's capital of Puerto de Rosario is about 10 km from the hotel and Fuerteventura's international airport is 5 km away.

Facility

252 apartments are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Rooms

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can enjoy a range of water sports, such as snorkelling or, for a fee, water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, sailing, catamaraning and diving. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive.     Hotel was great, rooms were lovely spacious and clean! For children and family’s I havnt been to a better hotel. The animation team put on so many activities during the day. Our favourite member of the Emma went above and beyond! Her energy was infectious and the kids loved her, Thankyou Emma for making our holiday! Jayde and Rufus x

    Had the best 9 nights! Just got home! Ive visited the hotel 3 times but Me and my partner took our 5 children for their first abroad holiday, along with my in laws and had the absolute best time! Our children absolutely LOVED the entertainment team! Especially our youngest 2 albie and indie! Emma and mathis are an absolute credit to this hotel.. so friendly and engaging! Emma remembered everyone's names of the people she came across and had myself, my children and in laws excited to be involved in the activities every single day! The kids mini disco was enthusiastic and an absolute hit with our kids every night! (And ourselves as we got involved too haha!) Can't wait to return! I hope they'll be there next time too!

    Nice but needs more cleaning done on a daily basis

    We came the week before half term and thank goodness as there are more people than beds. Don't like getting up early and claiming my sunbed but some people even laid a towel the night before!!! Place has been decorated well and when we turned up it was clean, however, it reply declined. The floors inside and out including our apartment we're not cleaned once and as a result the spilt drinks around the pool attracted dirt, hair and all sorts! I did speak to reception and they received the information well and that night we saw maintenance cleaning the pool areas floors. Long may it last! Didn't eat at the hotel and seeing the floors in the public areas, was quite glad we didn't. Real shame as this could be a beautiful and clean hotel. Just needs a little extra care.

    My husband and I stayed here from 21st March until 28th March. Room - ground floor, excellent facilities, clean and well laid out. Entertainment - good, varied most nights for all. Location was excellent, few meters to the main shops, 10min walk to the beach. Small shop on siteBar was goodStaff friendly.Close to the airportGood hotel, would stay again

    We have just returned from our family stay at the Broncemar Beach Hotel. All in all we had a brilliant time.Food, drink and entertainment was fantastic, staff were all very kind and helpful. The animation team were incredible, especially Emma. She puts so much enthusiasm into her work and seems such a lovely person. Hotel is also in a great location, near everything; shops, bars, restaurants etc.Only criticisms of the hotel for me was the cleanliness and how cold the swimming pools were. Oh my goodness me, they were absolutely freezing. I have stayed at many hotels where the swimming pools were cold but normally after a minute or so, you adapt. This did not happen here, it was actually impossible to get in which made the holiday somewhat disappointing as a large part of the holiday for me is going in the swimming pool. I had been told by many people it was meant to be heated too but for some reason the hotel didn't turn the heating option on. The cleaners changed the towels regularly but the hotel always had a dirty, messy feel. The floors around the pool area and eating area were mopped daily which was good but everywhere else there were always empty cups and cigarette buts that hadn't been picked up. Our bathroom in our suite definitely needed a good scrub, there were a lot of orangey mould marks that had been somewhat ignored by the cleaners. I also thought the outside of the building needed a bit more TLC, another lick of paint just to brighten it up as there were a lot of peeled off paint marks or rust marks from the balconies. Would we come here again? Probably not but only because we are the type of people who like to stay at different places each time. We'd have to be really impressed to keep returning back to the same hotel but we definitely would recommend this hotel to other families, especially if you have kids. Hoping the hotel can take on board my advice and recommendation to improve the hotel for other families.
