The apartment I stayed at was large and comfortable. The only minus is the absence of air conditioning (there’s a ceiling fan), but overall the hotel was so lovely that I didn’t mind some heat in the room. The personnel is very kind. Breakfast and lunch options are very tasty. The pool is heated and very nice. A hotel that I’d love to go back to! The complex is lovely with beautiful pool area that has beds surrounded by water that you can dip your feet in or sit in. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The apartment is nice and the beds are som comfortable. Although there is no air conditioning they do have fans that do the job. I would deffo stay here again. Quiet location, 10 minutes to bars, shops and restaurants. Good atmosphere, rooms were clean, tidy and had everything you need for self catering. Good service at the bar and reception. Arrival - east pleasant check in, we were met by Sebastian, he gave us complimentary cava, showed us how to use the WhatsApp messaging service which is available for guests. Room - we reserved a two bed apartment with roof terrace, the apartment has everything you need, a smart tv, lounge, kitchen area. The bathroom is a bit tired and only one set of towels is issued. Views from the roof terrace are amazing. Pool - lovely and quiet, mostly adults, no music apart from the occasions when a live performer was there. Snack bar - well priced, good choice of food and drinks. Staff - all of them smile constantly, nothing is a problem, the jewel in this hotel. Other facilities- gym, free chilled water, laundry, Pilates studio and surf school Location - 5 minutes walk from the front/ lots of bars and restaurants.
