  I would come back here if they stepped up the cleanliness and got the break ins under control, good food spots down the road lovely town and supermarket really close. before arriving we weren’t aware there’s 4 different complexes and spent 2 hours looking for our rooms with no support from reception just a very unclear map if you’ve never been before..11 robberies that I’m aware of within 5 days of us being there.The cleaners don’t come in unless you request, just for them to never even show up, we had to buy tea towels and everything which was odd, This place takes self catering to a whole new level and the apartments are not well cleaned before arrival..The pool is very unclean and doesn’t have an opening and closing time and locals are allowed in on the weekend, meaning the place is jam packed with reckless Spanish teenagers who were jumping off roofs into the pool and all sorts.The lifeguard blasted music and barely looked up from his phone.All the reception staff were rude apart from one truly lovely lady who saved our whole holiday by moving our rooms.100% make sure you keep doors locked and carry your passports with you.The beds are so uncomfy I reckon they were donated by a local prison, like i genuinely think my back is permanently damaged, although if your bed is really bad try the sofa bed or even just the sofa as they were somewhat better.Me and my friend were in a separate apartment to my mum, on the 3rd night we felt so unsafe we moved in with her, after that we tried giving our room another go as I’d paid a lot for it, I had a man walking back and forward staring into our apartment and taking photos of us while I was watching him, and one morning around 6am I watched someone try our door handle, so we went to reception and they moved us to B1 83, which is a lush apartment dirty but a lush apartment if they hired some competent cleaners that will do more than just a surface clean.For a cheap getaway I would somewhat recommend but read reviews very carefully and be careful, very careful. Oh also, in one of the pools there’s a slide, it is neither a toboggan or a slide it’s just a rubbish waterfall. Also about cleanliness, we had a drawer full of hairs and none of the doors looked like they’d ever been wiped down with thick crust on them.

  Stayed seven nights here, in May.For what I paid it was alright. A lot of people saying there had been burglaries, around the vicinity of the complex. Luckily I didn’t get broken into but I am pretty security conscious anyway.I did have a pair of half dried boxer shorts pinched off the clothes horse, outside the front door. Funny thing is they left the soaking wet ones.The bungalow was ok, clean and the bed was comfortable.No clean towels are bog roll. These had to be collected from reception. It wasn’t a problem.The pools were well presented and the area was nice and clean.As I was all inclusive I was well impressed, when I asked for a beer, a full pint pot was given, normally it comes in little glasses.Now the food, that was something else. Let’s just say it was just about edible. Worse than school dinners comes to mind.(See Photos).Overall yes I would stop here again but room only.If the complex reads this. You only need to bring your security up to standard, and maybe spend Two Euros ahead, on Breakfast, Dinner, and Evening meals, to bring the standard up.

  Rooms in disrepair Poor security We were broken into, after complaining we were transferred to better room. Our laundry was stolen from the drying rack. It's NOT A BARGAIN. Neanderthal Clientele - better to stay down the hill in the town

  I honestly dont no how they are still open .....very unclean rooms and so dated Locks on doors ( might aswell lock it with nicnak on our last day 6 rooms were broken in to while people slept taking money watches staff done absolutely nothing to help. Pool area is the nicest part of this place .... cheap yes worth feeling unsafe noooo .... will I go back never in this life time. Please don't waste your money might be cheap but you will be broken in to while you sleep. Food vile Surrounding area okWeather was nice definitely better parts and hotels you can go avoid at all cost Castillo bunglows you should be ashamed of how you let these people be broken in to and done nothing to help them

  I knew on booking it was only 2 stars but had been there before. The room was disgusting 🤢 full of dust just gross! Even with it only being a 2 star it should be a lot cleaner!
