This hotel is located on the premises of the Fuerteventura Golf Club, between a golf course and a beach promenade. The hotel is situated on the approach to the resort of Caleta de Fuste, approximately 600 m from the centre, countless shops, bars and restaurants. This hotel is located just a few steps from the shopping and entertainment area. The airport is 8 km from the hotel. Links to the public transport network are to be found approximately 800 metres from the hotel.

The resort has 18 suites and 248 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a queen-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The resort has family rooms and 266 non-smoking rooms.

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee) offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of activities are available at the resort, for example bocce, beach volleyball, basketball and archery or, for a fee, tennis, crazy golf and golf. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as catamaraning and kayaking. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, snorkelling and diving. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis, darts, yoga and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym and billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a beauty salon and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a kids' disco.

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for lunch). Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    2nd visit here. Lovely location for room with great views. Bed was massive and very comfortable. Towels changed as often as needed. Cleaners really friendly and accommodating,and even washed your cups in your room for you. Mugs would have been nicer though. Air con in room not working for first 2 nights which was horrendous as unusually hot for the time of year, but after 4 visits to reception and a fan borrowed, it was fixed on the 2nd morning and we kept the fan for the remainder of the stay which was great for night time so as not to have AC on over night. Reception staff really helpful and nothing too much trouble. Some areas need a little bit more attention to keep on top of cleanliness, 2 dead cockroaches outside lift door for 24 hours, and some areas around the pool, very dirty and sticky. The pool area did get cleaned in a morning but the hose pipe just wasn't cutting it to get rid of the stickiness. Plenty of sunbeds with no need to reserve and able to have great choice even late morning, however parasols are limited so with more parasols would reduce the need for people to reserve. Balinese beds comfy but have to reserve and pay for and not very clean, even after the cleaner mopped and wiped, had to wipe it myself to get the dead flies off. Saw the cleaner pick up a dead bird with bare hands and carry on without washing her hands. Food was ok, but not always kept very hot. Food in the bar at lunch was not very warm or appealing, chips just got soggy from condensation. A couple of times had to leave the pina coladas as the coconut milk had split from the rest. Otherwise the rest was lovely. Bar staff upstairs very friendly and generous and one of them kept my husbands drink refreshed on tap without him asking lol. Unaware had to book for a shower on last day after check out so had to use gym shower and hope no-one came in as no locks, but so hot in there needed a shower to get over it afterwards. AC in gym would be great. Fantastic location, easy walk into town along the flat or can get a taxi, one way or both €5 each way. Fado steakhouse highly recommended and Min7 for a chinese and both reasonably priced so don't feel your paying too much extra when already paid for AI. Going out for a meal was in no way a reflection on the hotel though as we always go out a couple of nights anyway.     After being recommended to go to Elba Sarah I truly thought I was about to have the best holiday !     Love every time we go, a few new things this time but nothing to to bad. Couple of staff need to smile and be a bit more customer service focused, but otherwise another wise amazing holiday.
