  Recently stayed there for 3 weeks my 4th time there had a fantastic holiday staff are brilliant. Mickey pool entertainment. Bar staff Ally. che. Oscar.Pirla.Going back in February.

  Beyond belief!

  My experience of this hotel is one I will never forget. On the surface the hotel appears very nice spacious suites, three nice pools, polite staff.But our balcony you would not want to lean against the side as it was loose and wobbled. The hygiene was somewhat lacking in all areas especially the public ones like the stairs with cobwebs that were there the whole seven days we were there.Then there was the body in the pool floating for over five minutes before someone called the lifeguard who was not in his seat but chatting with his friend. An English paramedic two English police officers and two English nurses spent half an hour trying to revive the drowned man as the lifeguard did not know how to give proper chest compressions. The Spanish paramedics then arrived and pronounced him dead.If this is not bad enough all the time the pool remained open, it then still remained open after the body was taken away. So all the fluids that came out of the body were now back in the pool along with all the people in the pool.The lifeguard was back at work the next day as if nothing had happened. The pool never closed for cleaning!

  A large hotel which has its best days behind it. Its looking a bit shabby with numerous defects in plain sight and the windows are in need of a good clean. The rooms are large and spacious, with pretty much all you could need, but don't look to closely at the cleanliness. The curtains were extremely dirty. The AC produces lots of noise but unfortunately, very little cold air. Beds are just about acceptable. The breakfast is not bad (with a big shout out to the omelette lady) but the coffee machines are next to useless with one appearing to 'malfunction' at exactly 945 every morning. The staff here however are generally excellent. It was one of the cheaper options and there is a reason for that. This, in my opinion, is not currently a 4 star hotel.

  Disappointing experience – not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel

  We stayed at this hotel for seven nights on an all-inclusive basis, and unfortunately, from the first day, we felt that the hotel did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star property.The room was spacious and generally clean, but it had a stale, closed-in smell. We also found cockroaches in the bathroom during our stay, including at night, which was extremely unpleasant and concerning. The bed was also very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.The all-inclusive food was another disappointment. There was very little variety, and the quality was not what we expected from a 4-star hotel. The glasses provided for drinks were very small, and the desserts were particularly disappointing. Even the ice cream was served from very small containers. On several occasions, some of the drinks from the all-inclusive machines were out of stock, which was frustrating.On a positive note, the area around the hotel is very peaceful and relaxing, so it could be a good choice for people who are looking for a quiet holiday.Overall, however, based on our seven-night stay, we do not feel that this hotel deserves the 4-star standard we expected. There are some positive aspects, but the issues with cleanliness, cockroaches, comfort and the all-inclusive food and drinks significantly affected our experience.

  A relaxing hotel in a great location right on the beach

  A relaxing hotel in a great location right on the beach. Although not a new hotel it is well maintained and staffed by very capable and helpful staff. The rooms are large , airy well equipped, with spacious balconies The Buffett restaurant provides a good selection of hat and cold meals c/w wine and hot / cold drinks The pool areas are clean and the pool bar / snack area provides a good service. The evening "entertainment" could be better but that may be the norm for hotels in the area.
