  Great time at Fergus Cactus

  11 Oct 2026

We went here for this first time and were very very happy. On reception out friends Adela and Pablo were excellent, as was Leo on entertainment and the other staff on reception and in others all areas. The food was very good, loads of salad and vegetables well cooked. Alcohol was really good and all areas clean. This hotel has the friendliest staff we have ever met and we have already booked for next year. Room was very good, comfy bed. Great value for money

Amazing holiday, hotel was really good, food was also good. Staff so friendly and helpful, especially Adella and Pablo, so so brilliant, they made our holiday, every day and night was welcomed, with a big smile and chatted to us as if we where very good friends, felt at ease, and part of the family they have amongst themselves, they all get on so well together which makes a brilliant atmosphere, and also Leo, he was so good also. The rest of the staff where also very friendly and very welcoming, first time here, but have already booked for next year, brilliant hotel. Love, love, love Adella and Pablo and will be sad to leave as I will miss them soooo, much. X

A Fantastic Stay at Fergus Cactus Garden

  10 Oct 2026

????? A Fantastic Stay at Fergus Cactus Garden! From the moment we arrived at Fergus Cactus Garden, we felt welcomed and well looked after. We had a lovely stay, with spacious rooms and a large balcony that gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our holiday. The staff are a real credit to the hotel. Everyone works incredibly hard, and you are always greeted with a smile. They all work well together and make a great team. We met some really lovely people during our stay, and you can really see the effort the staff put into making sure guests have a great experience. There was a large variety of food available, with something for everyone. The only small criticism would be that the food could have been a little warmer.I sadly can't remember everyone's names, but a special mention must go to Khalid on reception, who was always there to greet us with a smile and was extremely helpful throughout our stay.A huge thank you to Sannard, Jose and Etian, who kept the drinks flowing and served us the most amazing mojitos! ?? These really were a work of art, and their hard work and friendly service made it even more enjoyable.I would also like to say a big thank you to the two young ladies who served us in the restaurant and bar. Sadly, I wish I had remembered their names, but they were both so friendly, helpful and hardworking, and they deserve a special mention.Last but certainly not least, Leo from the entertainment team deserves a special mention. He kept us entertained throughout the day with games, classes, quizzes and fantastic evening entertainment. Leo works incredibly hard, bringing guests together, getting everyone talking and making sure people are having fun. His enthusiasm and personality really make a difference to the holiday atmosphere. Please also pass on a joke to Leo: Hulia, my sister, may still be a bit of a loser after losing at darts—but she insists it was only because the darts were intimidated by her! ??Overall, a lovely hotel with fantastic staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. A few small improvements with the food temperature would make it even better.Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so enjoyable. Your warmth, hard work and enthusiasm made our stay truly memorable, and we would happily return for another fantastic holiday! ????
