    Great adults only hotel

    Brilliant hotel very relaxed adults only venue. Rooms were well equipped and there is a massive bathroom with 2 wash basins. Pool was lovely and we even used the indoor one which was small but only had us 2 in it so was ok. The location is great only a few metres from the Main Street and 15 minute walk to music square. All the staff we encountered were fantastic from reception to the waiting staff. We only had breakfast in the hotel but had no complaints. You choose your own cereals fruit and drinks and can order off the menu for hot food. We will be back.     Most relaxing stay ever

    Spent over a week in this beautiful hotel. When we arrived at the hotel later afternoon, while checking in we were offered some orange juice, water or cava: Our hotel room was spacious, super clean and relaxing. Our bed was huge with lots of space. Every day our room was cleaned with fresh linen and towels for the shower. The touch of leaving a spare robe and slippers was so nice to lounge in. Every day at the pool there was no rush for sun loungers and staff were friendly. One day Lorzeno (entertainment) asked if we would like participate in a cocktail making class. We enjoyed it and it was so much fun. Lorzeno was the coolest guy, made us feel so at ease and had so much fun! Overall hotel is a great location & super quiet at night!     Superb lazy, sunny week by the pool.

    We have just returned from an excellent week at the H10 Ocean Dreams. We had booked through TUI and we were provided with first class service from the moment we arrived and found we had been upgraded to a Junior Suite.The room was spacious, very clean, excellent shower and a very large comfortable bed. The air con was superb.We only ate breakfast at the hotel but this was excellent too with a wide range of choice and the staff went out of their way to ensure my wife could have a good gluten free choice.We spent a lot of time by the very good pool. No issues with sun beds and again everything spotlessly clean and comfortable.It is a few years since we had a lazy sunny week by the pool but we will certainly come back to Ocean dreams and the great toen of Corralejo which is 10 mins walk from the hotel/ Javier Moreno Reina, Director General at H10 Ocean Dreams - Adults Only, responded to this review Greetings from Fuerteventura!     Money stolen from our room.

    We stayed at H10 Ocean Dreams Fuerteventura from 22–29 March 2026.Unfortunately, during our stay, approximately £400–£500 in cash went missing from a bag stored in our room. We fully accept the money should have been placed in the safe, however we trusted that our room in a 4-star hotel would still be secure.What disappointed us most was the way the situation was handled. We reported it immediately, received no meaningful follow-up during our stay, and felt dismissed when raising it again at check-out.Following an “internal investigation,” the hotel simply advised they could not reach a conclusion, with no real detail, accountability, or empathy shown throughout.We rarely leave negative reviews, but felt it was important to share our experience so other guests take extra care with valuables.
