  Very Good location, clean hotel and nice gardens. I will return.

  This was my fifth stay at this hotel over a period of 10 years. The hotel is well positioned on a quiet side road but is only a minutes walk from the main strip in Corralejo and about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the nearest beach.The grounds and swimming pools are attractive and well maintained. The junior suites including the bathroom are spacious and the air conditioning works well. The staff are helpul and friendly. A special mention to a lady called Begona who has worked for H10 for many years and is always smiling, helpul and works very hard.The not so great: The food quality has slipped a little over time, ie. meat can sometimes be a little chewy or dry, but overall the food is plentiful with lots of choice.It's not easy to get a sunbed unless you put your towel on one before 8am.

  Disappointing stay

  I’ll start off by saying that this hotel has its ups and downs but ultimately the downs out way the ups. Me and my mum arrived at the hotel at about 9 o’clock at night we stayed all inclusive and was told that dinner was still running so we could quickly grab some which we did and when we went back to reception we noticed everyone was receiving welcome drinks but not us which was disappointing. Then we went to our room and it absolutely stunk and we discovered the aircon wasn’t working properly in the whole of the hotel, we went to reception about these issues and a man came with bleach that was all and he was very condescending. We went to the adult only pool the next day and discovered work was happening resulting in drilling and a tent up not ideal. Then we went for dinner and I discovered raw chicken in something I was about to eat. For a h10 hotel with such a good reputation this experience was severely disappointing. The whole hotel needs updating as the pools are dirty and there’s wear and tear everywhere. Also the glass showers in the rooms are a safety hazard the floors in them get super slippery and it leaks water out onto the floor outside. Don’t get me wrong there were some really good parts like the cocktails and the lunch at the pool bar which was amazing we frequently went there. We however would not stop at this hotel again.   Never Again

  From start to finish the stay was terrible. The hotel is filthy. We arrived to a broken door which didn’t lock a bathroom where the door didn’t close because handle was loose I almost got stuck in there, ants all over the bathroom the towels smelt like grease. Food was truly awful every thing was cold and dreadful selection, mixers in drinks were flat. But I have to say the absolute highlight had to be the cockroaches in the bedroom.   Great holiday - again

  Another great holiday at this hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable. Any issues that there were with pools recently all seem to be resolved. Food was great, something for everyone. Crisps and nuts available at bar if you just want something light. Staff as always amazing but particular shout out to Serena in reception, Begonia in restuarant, Arianne in lobby bar, Gisele in pool bar, Emilio and other lady at snack bar (didnt catch her name) and Jose in chill out bar. All outstanding. Only slight downside this visit was animation team. We hardly seen them, received little info as to what was available and their interaction with guests was very limited. When they did speak to us though they were very pleasant. Maybe just need to engage more. Apart from that all good and will see you again in January??   Brilliant location. Amazing accommodation and a lovely variety of food served everyday Only thing I really disliked was people getting up before the sun had come up to save their beds.
