    This us our second time at the Esmeralda this year, it's such a lovely , clean friendly Hotel, good food, good quality branded drinks. The staff are all very helpful and really friendly this is a Adults only hotel. Wadji the animation guy can always be seen around the pool doing his activities, and on a evening having a boogie with the holiday makers. The new manager there Eduardo is very nice friendly and approachable keep up the good work. A big thankyou to Steph, for your kindness towards Roy & Christine.     Hi firstly sorry for not writing this sooner We stayed here in early August for my 60th Birthday One word ....""WOW""we had the most amazing stay - we have stayed here most years for the last 20 or so years our first stay back in the early 2000'sWe upgraded to the priveledge level which was absolutely worth it Our room was front line with outstanding views and superb access to the beach Since our last stay they have an exclusive pool area for priveledge guests this is brand new and only a few months oldOur room was gorgeous and large lovely beds so a great nights sleepThe main hotel pool and restaurant ere 10/10 Lovely coffee shop and a well stock priveledge lounge The restaurant was brilliant lovely hot food and a great choiceThe upstairs balcony has breathtaking views and the most perfect place for a drink coffee/ cocktailMany parts of the hotel have been spruced up with subtle upgrades probably the cleanist stylish washrooms bathroom/ toilets I've seen Thanks again to all the staff at all levels they were proffesional attentive and made our stay so special Thanks again and see you soon on our next visit Best regards Chris and Lesley Relaciones Públicas , Atención al cliente/recepción at H10 Playa Esmeralda - Adults Only, responded to this review Dear Chris and Lesley,Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a wonderful review!     Location - fantastic sea views.Atmosphere - mixed as several different nations present.Rooms - very comfortable, aircon good but too far away from bed in suite. TV had 4 British channels which stutter at times.Value - all inclusive is good value. Food very good and ample in volume.Cleanliness - excellent.Noise level - very good on the whole.Service - the staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble.Third time at this hotel, not as good as last year for us.
