Great place though quite a walk to town

  04 Oct 2026

Lovely clean hotel. Poolside room was brilliant . Heard beds were a bit hard so requested a mattress topper which appeared within an hour. Food was really good plenty of choice very clean hotel friendly staff couldn’t do enough for you but watch out for the older pool man !!! rather abrupt. on the downside there were no drawers in the room and for the size of the room they could be accommodated. Also on the downside it’s quite a long walk into town especially if you have mobility issues, would I go again? Yes the Plus sides outweigh the minuses. Jose Cerezuela Arena Suite, General Manager at Hotel Arena Suite, responded to this review Dear Liedon,Thank you so much for taking the time to share your wonderful feedback with us.We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your poolside room and found the hotel clean and comfortable. It’s great to know that our team was able to arrange a mattress topper so quickly and that you enjoyed the variety and quality of our food.We are especially pleased that you found our staff friendly and attentive — providing excellent service is something we take great pride in.We also appreciate your constructive comments. We understand that the lack of drawers in the room and the distance into town may not be ideal, particularly for guests with mobility difficulties, and we will certainly take your feedback into consideration. We are sorry to hear that you found one of our pool team members a little abrupt. We will share your comments with the relevant team so we can continue improving the experience for all our guests. Most importantly, we are delighted that the positives outweighed the negatives and that you would choose to stay with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back for another enjoyable stay!Warm regards,Hotel Arena Suite **** only adults.

  Wonderful relaxing holiday

  02 Oct 2026

Location was reasonable a little way out of the action, atmosphere very good, room was fantastic esp. walk in shower holiday overall very good value very high standard of cleanliness, very friendly and helpful nice and quiet and relaxing the only point I have is the access to the pool with vertical steps only even some of the fit people were struggling I found it near on impossible being disabled it is the only thing that would stop me returning food was very good it’s such a shame there are no easier access steps into the pool Jose Cerezuela Arena Suite, General Manager at Hotel Arena Suite, responded to this review Dear Kath,Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. Great holiday

  01 Oct 2026

We had a great time. The room was very spacious, on 1st floor overlooking the pool, fab view. The resort was spotlessly clean, staff couldn’t do enough for you, very pleasant. The breakfast was good and the evening meal was ok. We managed to find something to eat. The entertainment was good but the room was very hot, no aircon. It was a bit of a walk to the beach and town but once you found your bearings it was ok and you could always get a taxi at very reasonable rates. I would definitely go back. Jose Cerezuela Arena Suite, General Manager at Hotel Arena Suite, responded to this review Dear Gail,Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re delighted to hear that you had a great time and enjoyed your spacious room, pool view, and the cleanliness of the resort. It’s wonderful to know that our staff made you feel well looked after and that you enjoyed the breakfast and entertainment. We also appreciate your comments regarding the temperature in the entertainment room and the distance to the beach and town. We’re pleased that you found taxis convenient and reasonably priced once you got your bearings. Most of all, we’re thrilled to hear that you would definitely come back. We look forward to welcoming you again for another enjoyable stay!

  Relaxing stay.

  22 Sept 2026

We came for a weeks stay at this hotel, all in all we had a brilliant stay at Arena Suites , it’s kept unbelievable clean at all times , the staff are excellent and always happy to help. We stayed half board and the food was of a good quality but can be a repetitive, but when catering for such a broad range of age and nationalities I think they do a brilliant job. We ate out a couple of nights just for a change. If your looking for a relaxing , quite laid back few days this is an excellent choice. If I had to be critical the only negatives are the :The beds a little hard. Daytimes are very quiet and could do with being a little livelier , with more connection with the animation team. But after our first stay here we would stay again for a well priced getaway. Thanks to all the staff.
