    Lovely stay 2nd time, gives you what you need if it's a chill nothing to wild, I personally struggle to eat on holiday and this place I found was perfect I enjoyed it all... no issue with sunbeds even if 8.30, I liked the main pool as you got sun all afternoon , we would sit out the front first thing on the chairs to get some morning sun, staff were absolutely fab,just booked our 3rd and 4th trip back this week... it's right next to the strip so if we needed a wild one we headed 2 seconds up the road 🙌🩷 see you in October x

    This is not a 4* hotel. My partner and I are in our late 20s. This hotel is definitely targeted at the 55+ age demographic.On arrival we weren’t told any information on where the amenities were, where we could get pool towels or even that there was jacuzzis and a lounging area on the roof top.Rooms are very basic with housekeeping doing the bare minimum. The evening entertainment was very poor. One night there was a youtube quiz put on and karaoke on another.The all inclusive package includes very cheap pre-mixed cocktails and one beer option. The meals were of low quality produce, the meat was disgusting. I heard many guests discussing how disappointing the food was.By breakfast pretty much all the sunbeds had been reserved with towels.Overall we were disappointed with our stay. We’ve stayed in many 4* hotels but this one doesn’t come anywhere close.We definitely will not be returning and would not recommend to potential guests.

    We had an excellent stay at the hotel and cannot praise the staff highly enough. The entertainment was outstanding, Said’s good humour and fun personality made every event enjoyable. Arran on reception was also extremely helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

    this was our second time staying here and it is a fantastic hotel the staff our very friendly and helpful. The rooms we had a junior suite very clean and plenty of space.A very good food selection.Reported a small problem with our room and the maintainance man was at the room by the time i got back to it .Thoroughly enjoyed the games during the day Siad did a brilliant job but feel he was let down by the numbers that turned up for them definitly worth trying when you are there. We are planning on going back next year .best holiday ever.

    It's very good 5* if there's a "reserve sunbed policy" all the beds are "occupied" from before breakfast. Maybe it's the Brit in me but all towels left over an hour on a bed should be thrown in the pool, very frustrating.
