  Great place for resting

  Stayed one year ago and loved it, I was on my own which is what I wanted. Hiper Dino 150 yards away and beach is about 250 yards. I thought the room was great and the pool was well set out for sunbathing.Oh yes and I’m going back for two weeks early July.

  Location perfect in its day this hotel must have been amazing as the setting is stunning but the rooms are more than dated and in my opinion not clean at all even after cleaners came in our feet were filthy when walking barefoot we bought antibacterial spray bed sheets are spotless but the brown towels were awful stained and didn't appear very fresh we actually bought some towels for our stay the staff are so nice. during our last week we returned april 11th we noticed rooms being stripped out my son asked about this and apparently they're being done out and should be completed for June 2026 not sure to what they're going to do but for future guests I hope the pull out sofa bed are being replaced as the one we had was really bad the bathroom had many tiles chipped and chips out the shower basin , Director General at Fuentepark Apartamentos, responded to this review Dear 992suep992,Thank you for offering your perspective on our apartments.We have taken note of your thoughts, since our aim is to always provide the best possible service.We always encourage our guests to come to reception if there is anything they need, as we will always try to help.   This is our 27th stay here & we absolutely love it here! As soon as we enter.. it is home from home for us!Our 2nd home albeit nothing like our home, but the homely feel of it! Yes as some suggest it is in need of a makeover.. but it is clean.. All the reception staff Pia Karmele Kristina & Petra are the best ever, & Alberto & Margarita in management who ensure they look after each & everyone! I find it very very sad that people complain about the grouting or whatever niggle they want to point out!It is a 3* hotel with excellent rates in a prime position, it does what it says on the tin! If people want 5* chrome, glass & you are treated as just another guest, then there are other hotels nearby. The rooms are clean, there are plenty of hangers, very comfortable beds & pillows, a powerful shower. A huge fridge with a freezer compartment! If there is an issue the staff respond immediately! We come here 3-4 times a year sometimes 5 & friends ask why we don’t buy somewhere here! The reason.. we have everything we need here to make it a perfect holiday.. why would we buy! The pool is lovely & is usually full of adults & children having fun ( school holidays) other times people are here just to relax & chill! The pool bar does a decent sangria & are not part of the hotel! Nice snack type food! Fuentepark have many many loyal customers who have been coming here for years! We are 2 of them!   Good location & okay for the price

  Was aware of the reviews about the apartments being dated when we booked the hotel but found a bathroom that needed totally gutting about 10 years ago which was very disappointing. The rest of the apartment was okay for the price we paid. Beds comfortable and loads of storage. Kitchen well equipped. Suggest bring mugs as cups are very small. Large safe 1.80 euros a night. Another niggle was only getting a clean and towel change on Mondays and Thursdays. Personally the cleaning side of it was fine by me, I get anxious wondering when the cleaner is coming & I'm happy to move my own rubbish/recycling but to have to go 4 days with the same small worn bath towel was a bit too much. I get that water is scarce on the island but leaving an additional towel for four days would have been more acceptable. We did get the sheets on the beds changed twice in our 10 day stay which was good. Even at the end of February our first floor apartment in the block opposite the reception block got zero sun on the balcony at any point in the day. I'm sure the sun would eventually get high enough to get onto the balcony but if you're there for winter sun do not accept any apartment in this block unless you want all day shade. My partner had to sit in the stairwell facing the road to get any sun at all whilst at the apartment.   A fantastic stay at Fuentepark

  Just back from an 8 night stay here, I agree with previous comments in regards to an upgrade requirement of sorts but it is spotlessly clean, rooms where clean & agreeable, beds & bedding are of a very good standard.Any issues we had were resolved immediately with no fuss, hairdryer not working= replaced, leak on shower head= new pipe work fitted, you can’t ask for more than that.All the staff are really nice & helpful from every department, all in all a very very nice stay, I’d definitely return, location is unbeatable, had 2 days by pool, both pool areas, bar, toilets all very good standard.Thanks to all at Fuentepark, see you again. , Director General at Fuentepark Apartamentos, responded to this review Dear Qiand;Thank you for your nice review and for the high score given.Reading comments like yours encourage us to give even more effort to satisfy our guests.
