English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Staff amazing so helpful. Rooms cleaned regularly. Food just what expect in all inclusive but what we had was lovely. Pool area not overcrowded plenty of beds and very clean . Not much in way of entertainment but if you just want to get away and chill perfect. Lots of solo travellers here but very safe and friendly. As a solo traveller the hotel is excellent. Food is ok there is plenty of choices for everyone’s tastes. Rosie is excellent always knows your drink and happy to serve. If looking for entertainment this is not the hotel you want but if looking to relax enjoy the sun with a book it certainly is. Upstairs disco bar had 3 people in one night and downstairs bar closes way too early and pool closes at 18:00 so no access to pool or outdoor bar. Easy access to bus/taxi.. spa is €15 for 2 Hours unless jet2 then it’s 2 hours free.reception staff very friendly and will help with anything. The room is very basic and do need upgrades. The cleaning staff are very good and room and other areas are always clean..my room had no bugs. Can’t comment on nude areas as closed and not my thing. The lobby is modern and air conditioned just the bar needs to be open for drinks during the day as large terrace is a waste during the day. Overall would I go again yes BUT would need updates.
