This aparthotel is located at the heart of Fuerteventura's second golf course in the south of the island and enjoys fabulous views out over the surrounding mountains from its elevated position. It is just 2 km to the nearest sandy beach, which may easily be reached by making use of the hotel shuttle bus service, and the centre of Jandía where guests will discover a diverse selection of shopping and entertainment venues is also just 2 km away.

Guests have a choice of 166 apartments located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Services and facilities include a safe, a currency exchange service, a TV room, a playroom, a childcare service, medical assistance and a laundry service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Services include a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.

Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards and darts. A wellness area with a sauna is available to guests. For a fee, massage treatments are also offered. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

We chose the NH La Coruna primarily because like the NH Santiago de Compostela we were told that one of its 3 large pools was heated all year round. The NH in Santiago has 2 pools both indoor snd outdoor open 7am to 10 pm one outdooor and a heated indoor pool. The NH La Coruna has 3 outdoor pools none of which are heated and contrary to what I was told when booking the hotel. When at home I swim everyday and was very dissapoinnted when I could not swim during our stay at the NH La Coruna. The hotel should not give the impression that the pool is heated all 3 pools were the same temperature. Also we booked a room with a double bed and not 2 singles pushed together. Our stay was for 2 nights and on our first morning we left our room aprox 10am and returned at 2pm and our room had not been serviced. Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Service was exquisite and food was superb. Accommodations were much more than expected and every staff member went above and beyond to accommodate our every request. I didn’t want to leave! We will definitely join the NH Collection family and we will be back !

Would recommend if visiting a coruna ??

Visited here for a few nights to celebrate a wedding. The hotel is beautiful, clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of pools and the breakfast is fantastic, a lot of variety. A short walk into the town which was lovely to eat and grab ice cream. There was the opportunity to play paddle but the courts do get booked up so talk to reception on arrival.Rooms were spacious, clean and every day freshened up with a juice and snack. We were a lot of people and offered our own room at breakfast so we could all eat together. My only critique is that our shower kept flooding in the bathroom and vanity area of our suite as soon as we put the shower on. We did keep reminding staff and were told it would be sorted but after 4 nights we left with it unresolved. Each time they were prompt to provide clean towels and remove the soaked ones so they did all they could each time.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone staying . Unfortunately we didn’t have fantastic weather and so the pools are quite cold one was heated but it wasn’t warm! Great hotel, well located in the city, splendid hotel crew; the restaurant services (breakfast, restaurant and cafeteria are perfect during your stay). Big room, dresser and bathroom; the worst part was the aircon (didn’t work in our room, so it became in sauna in daily basis). We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for a very relaxing stay. The facilities were outstanding, especially the fantastic 50m pool, which was a real highlight. The location was also perfect for exploring the surrounding area.
