Facility

The hotel has 6 lifts and features 437 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a currency exchange service and a cash machine.     This hotel was even better than we expected. Everywhere is beautifully clean and well presented. We were treated so well from arrival to departure. Rooms were cleaned every day and mini bar replenished. The buffet was huge and had plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. As a party of 6, we usually had to push some tables together but this was never a problem. We visited the Teppanyaki once, which was a great experience with beautiful food. We also booked into the Almar, once for dinner and twice for lunch. Just be mindful of how big the lunch portions are! Again, fantastic food. The set menu dinner at the Almar was not to everyone's taste but still fabulous, professional and friendly service with well cooked, well presented food. The other place to mention is the coffee shop. We used this every day! A great addition to the hotel. Sunbeds seem quite tightly packed but were very comfortable. Plenty of parasols for everyone too. I really liked the fact that there was a beach bag in every room for you to use whilst there. Poolside drinks service was wonderful as well as the serve yourself drinks area. There was a wide array of activities you could join in with every day. Or, just sit by the pool and relax! The beach (literally in front of the hotel) was a 10 minute walk and is gorgeous. As a group, while there, we tried to think of anything to improve upon, but we couldn't. All staff were polite and helpful but there were some staff members who really stood out to us because they helped us feel looked after particularly well...Veny, Aliou, Roman, Merlyn and Nikola.     Our first time with Iberostar and we weren’t disappointed. The hotel is stunning, immaculately clean and well worth a visit.We stayed all inclusive in a Junior suite on the second floor, with a sea view, refer to photos.The food had a wide choice and there were plenty of options.We’d highly recommend the Almar restaurant (not the bar) for Lunch. Special thanks to Rocio for her excellent service and pleasant manner.The Star Prestige pool area had plenty of sun beds, hammocks and cabanas. The pool is not heated. The self service bar in this area was well stocked, plenty of spirits to choose from and some tasty snacks.The entertainment was good, I recommend the free bingo.     One of the decisive element in choosing the hotel was the room decor ( standard room a side view of the ocean ). Unfortunately, I received a room that was completely different fromthe photo presented by the hotel in the travel agencys offer - a very unpleasant surprise !!! A reputable hotel cannot mislead its custmers in such a significant way !. I would like to point out that - I made my room reservation several months in advance !!!.
