  A truly terrible hotel! It’s dirty and reeks of sewage. Instead of the suite I booked, I was given a standard room because every suite was old, filthy, and had faulty air conditioning—though, fortunately, there was no issue with the room change, for which we are grateful. A hotel for couples? Absolutely not; if you’re in the mood to mingle with the elderly crowd, then by all means, go there. As for the food—that’s a matter of taste; the hotel looks beautiful from the pool area, but inside... it’s like a piece of rotten fruit. You have to pay for everything—even for a fresh towel, weighing your suitcase, or getting a better coffee from the bar that is supposedly included in your all-inclusive package. The staff were glum and unfriendly. Never again. In the breakfast room—though "restriction" isn't the right word for it—the food is sometimes labeled and sometimes not; it just depends on whether they remember to do it. There are no amenities for children, and the photos on many holiday websites are misleading.

  The only one thing I would agree with was the Rooms were not 4 star but everything else was ok. I’m not bothered about star rating I just go for the weather. My room fine, a/c worked and was clean. 250 plus sunbeds empty every day. Food fine, different meat/fish everyday, lots of salads. All staff were lovely (bar one!) all staff friendly and greeted you. Lovely bar man at beach bar, funny and friendly, same as evening bar. The older maint man deliberately awkward even told to clear grass from loungers and enjoyed deliberately getting me wet when hosing down, if you don’t want to do the job, employ someone that does, you let everyone else down.My only negative would be the design of the Nautilus side of hotel, being a lone female every floor could see your room, (see photo) felt very exposed and vulnerable, maybe put lone females in main hotel.All the complaints came from the busy July/August period, probably the same for other hotels?I wanted a week of sunshine and was very happy with my stay. Travelling alone should never mean feeling uncomfortable or exposed in your room. Although the layout of the building cannot easily be changed, your suggestion about room allocation makes sense, and we'll keep it in mind. Room locations are always subject to availability, but guests are welcome to share their preferences with us.And yes, July and August can be particularly hectic, with hotels running at very high occupancy. That doesn't mean everything should be excused, of course, but it can make quite a difference to the overall atmosphere.We know our hotel has its years and that some areas could do with a little extra attention. That's something we continue working on.What we loved most about your review was how simply you summed up your holiday: you wanted a week of sunshine, and you went home happy.   Great hotel, staff and food 10/10 for value.

  Saw some poor reviews, but like to find out myself. Must say, great stay. The room were large and clean, with loads of space to store your clothes. We were all inclusive, and the food was very good, loads of choice and very nice (No complaints). The hotel had a small private beach which was great with free sunbeds and umbrella a big plus, as so many places you have to pay all week for beds on the beach. I must say ignore the poor reviews, the place was brilliant, can not fault the staff all very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager was very busy and worked very long holidays, keeping an eye on all, so weld done to him. I would give this place 10/10 for value and would go there again.   Very disappointing experience. Meer was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me at the bar. She was also talking on her phone while serving customers, which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable. I expected basic courtesy and good customer service, but unfortunately I received neither.   right next to the beach easy access and beach loungers available no extra charge, Lively at times quiet at others nice mix of both for a bit of party and a bit of relax, room was perfect for what we needed had air con and balcony the key wouldn’t work first try which was annoying but didn’t matter much, All inclusive definitely worth it at least one bar open at each time of day. Bar staff are lovely, Funny and always smiling.room cleaning everyday and food area cleaned before and after each meal of the day.Entertainment staff are super great always trying to get people involved but not overstaying their welcome.Always something going on for fun and the late night entertainment has been good.Perfect for kids, Children’s pools as well as a quiet area with a larger pool for older children. Kids club every day before entertainment starts, staff really involve the children.Would’ve liked music to stay on throughout the day however it’s on at certain points of the day and night.Overall a really good resort would definitely stay here again, If you’re looking for a more adventurous holiday i would say this is not for you however if you want to relax and have fun staying in the hotel this is a great pick.
