  I say this without prejudice and its true to fact.Where do I start. Checkin, what a joke, there's your room key and case of Goodluck finding your room. About as helpful as a genii in a bottle.Next room. Basic is an understatement. Clean but thats about the best I can say.Entertainment, what a joke. Singer was on and I thought it was karaoke to be honest. Let's put it this way its a good way of putting you to sleep.Evening bar. Complete nitemare. Queue was outside to swimming pool at times. Serious lack of staff.Food. Goodluck on this one. Always tepid to cold, variety is a joke. Come on how can you burn rice. Seriously. Now we come to tourists. Mmmmm I counted on 1 hand English at the hotel. Great if you speak German which holds approx 90% of people in hotel. Manners go out the window here.In hindsight sight there is no way this is 4 star. It's 2 at the most.A major revamp is required at this hotel.Take into account £986 for 1 wk. Never again. I've stayed in better for alot less.What ive written is true to fact without prejudice. This is always a very personal matter: what one guest finds enjoyable and relaxing may simply not appeal to another.We take your comments about the bar queues and food seriously. Busy periods can occasionally result in longer waiting times, but naturally we want service to run as smoothly as possible. Likewise, hot dishes should be served at the correct temperature. Regarding variety, our buffet offers different choices throughout the week, although naturally some popular basic dishes are repeated.As for the large number of German-speaking guests you encountered, the mix of nationalities at the hotel changes throughout the year depending on the season and the different tour operators. We welcome guests from many countries, and unfortunately good or bad manners are not something we can associate with any particular nationality.We also understand that the hotel did not correspond to your personal expectations of a four-star property. The official star classification is based on established criteria, although we fully appreciate that every guest has their own expectations of what a holiday at a four-star hotel should feel like.We are sorry that you would not consider returning, but we do appreciate your feedback.   Terrible handling of guests and zero accountability!My experience with this hotel was completely unacceptable. After arriving exhausted from a long journey, we were told at the front desk that our room was not available and that we had to be relocated to another hotel.?To make things worse, we were informed that there was no manager on-site to help resolve the issue or provide any assistance. Leaving guests stranded without a room and with no management present to handle the situation shows a shocking lack of professionalism and basic customer care.?Having a confirmed booking should mean something. Instead, we were left stressed and forced to move with our luggage because of their overbooking or administrative failure.   The hotel itself is not perfect and there is definitely room for improvement. However, I left Fuerteventura with something far more valuable than memories of the hotel.This island has a unique kind of magic. The ocean, the beaches, the wind, the night sky and the moonlight reflecting on the water create a sense of peace that stays with you long after you return home.What made the biggest difference, though, were the people working at the hotel. They were genuinely kind, welcoming, helpful and always ready to share a smile. They made us feel truly welcome. Sometimes a small gesture or a few kind words mean more than luxury or perfect facilities.Thank you to everyone whose warmth and kindness made this holiday so special. I came home with beautiful memories, a sense of peace, and something much more valuable – a reminder of the joy that life can still bring.
