  Hi Just spent 10 nights at SBH Monica Beach.Excellent stay, Room a good size number 30, Food excellent throughout the stay , but best comment for all of the Staff.Everyone was very helpful and friendly and deserves to be commended.Very enjoyable holiday and would recommend to anyone looking for a very quiet location as not much activity outside hotel.   Warm Hospitality and Excellent Service

  It is a very safe hotel with lovely staff. I was there alone and I had the time of my life. The manager is very kind. The housekeeping staff do an outstanding job. They are incredibly friendly and always have a smile on their faces. The bar and hospitality staff, especially Mr. Frank and Mr. Majijd, are extremely friendly and helpful. The reception staff are also very friendly and always try to help you, especially Mr. Janluca. I would like to thank the entire hotel staff for the wonderful time I had, from the reception team, to housekeeping, to the bar staff. Thank you very much !   An excellent holiday

  I have just returned from a fabulous two weeks at the SBH Monica Beach Resort.Considering what I paid I was very impressed. The resort is quite large and well spread out. The two main pools were great with gentle sloping ramps to walk into the pool. Very clean and well kept and I think one of them was heated. There was also another pool with a long slide. The animation team provided good entertainment and games etc around the main pool, but if I wanted peace and quiet there were plenty of sunbathing places to go away from the pool.I thought the food was really very good. There was a good choice at every meal time in the main restaurant or there were smaller snacks available at the pool bar.My apartment, 239, was excellent. I emailed them a few days before to ask if I could have a room with a balcony on the highest floor possible, and I am glad I did because there were plenty of apartments that would not have suited me, such as ones with a terrace on the ground floor and less private, but would perfectly suit a family or someone less mobile. My apartment was quite big with a good size balcony and bathroom with shampoo and hand cleaner provided. Maybe I was lucky to get such a good apartment, I don’t know.The resort is right next to the long extensive beach with soft golden sand and gentle waves. The beach bar was great to just relax with a beer while looking onto the beach and watch a game of volley ball.But the main thing that impressed me most were the people, the staff, the receptionist, the cleaners, the bar staff, the waitresses, the chefs, the maintenance men, and the animation team. They all worked very hard and were always pleasant and smiling.I’ll definitely be coming again.   Stayed with daughter for a week.   Great family holiday

  Just got back from a weeks holiday at SBH Monica Beach. We had a great time! Ignore the bad reviews. The entertainment staff were great and worked so hard to make it fun for everyone. My children (age 6 and 10) enjoyed the daily activities in the main pool and the evening mini disco. The food was good and everything was very clean. Our room decor was slightly dated but this was reflected in the good value price we paid for the holiday so we didn't mind. We were happy with the size and layout of our room. The location of the hotel is right next to the beach which was ideal.
