  Relaxing stay

  We stayed all inclusive for 7 nights in a pool view room. We had such a friendly welcome upon arrival and all staff that we met throughout the week were also friendly and helpful.The room was immaculate and huge. The furnishings were well maintained. All food in the variety of restaurants was delicious.The pool area was well kept and there was always sun beds available. The private beach was also great as an alternative.Evening entertainment was varied and had a relaxing vibe. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

  Just What We Needed

  We really enjoyed our stay here couldn’t fault anything from when we arrived and departed all our needs were catered for. We arrived at 10pm and was greeted with cava and a meal selection in our room as the restaurant had closed by then. I’d read a few reviews online and people moaning about the hotel and shopping complex that are empty and yes graffiti was over walls but unfortunately this happens all over and in no way is a reflection of the Hotel. It’s only a short walk of 10/15 mins to nearest cafe,supermarket or the market on Wednesday and Sunday or can walk along the beach into corralejo took us around 35 mins to walk to the port section and the main strip. Food and service in market cafe was lovely more than enough selection to keep us happy we stayed on half board so can’t comment on the other restaurants. Recommended the sea view rooms for the best outlook looking towards lanzarote and de lobos

  We were lucky enough to stay at this hotel for 26 nights in a preferred club ocean view suite. Exceptionally clean & the attention to detail throughout the entire hotel was great. From the moment we arrived we were met by David who showed us to our room & was very helpful & friendly. Our cleaning lady Oly was lovely & smiley. All in all, a wonderful stay.   We stayed for 4 nights, the hotel is nice and clean with excellent customer service. Breakfast was good with variety of options. Corralejo town centre is about 25/30 mins walk away and you can do it via beach.Highly recommended.   Excellent Stay at Secrets Bahía Real

  We visited Secrets Bahía Real for 8 nights in May 2026 on an all inclusive basis. The hotel has a luxury feel and situated is on the beach on the outskirts of Corralejo. The hotel facilities and grounds are spotless. Although fully booked during our stay, the hotel felt quiet, with plenty of sunbeds around the pool and at the beach.Our room (358) was on the third floor and had a view of the pool area. The room was large, with a very comfortable bed and amazing shower. The minibar is topped up each day with water, soft drinks and beer (snacks are additional charge), and the room had a Nespresso coffee machine which was a nice touch. Thank you to Jackeline for keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. We found the food to be very good. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and freshly cooked bacon and eggs. The bacon was some of the best we’ve ever had.Lunch is served at the Seaside Grill, à la carte. We tried something different each day and were impressed by the quality and selection available.During our stay we tried all of the à la carte restaurants for dinner. We had read reviews suggesting it was impossible to get a reservation, so we emailed in advance and were able to book a maximum of 2 restaurants before arriving. When we arrived we had no issues booking for other nights via the “Hyatt Inclusive Collection” app, and ended up dining à la carte on six of our eight nights. All of à la carte restaurants were excellent, and we would highly recommend them. Our favourite was the Asian themed restaurant, Himitsu. We experienced teppanyaki as well as the à la carte dining option, both were fantastic. We also really enjoyed the Mediterranean themed restaurant, Olio. The “Bay Lounge” restaurant was closed during our stay, which was a shame. We only had dinner at the main buffet a couple of times. There was a good selection of food, but often only luke warm so a bit hit-and-miss. Some room for improvement.Three of the four bars were open during our stay, unfortunately the “Rock & Ball” nightclub was closed. The bars offered a good range of drinks, including some great cocktails and mocktails. There were several named brands included on All Inclusive, but many others that were extra charge. If you were interested browsing the drinks or food menus, you can do this by downloading the “Hyatt Inclusive Collection” app. The evening entertainment was quite low-key, with a different musician performing each night in the main lobby, providing pleasant background music. However, the lobby itself lacked atmosphere, and overall we felt the entertainment offering was limited compared to other hotels we have stayed in. That said, we particularly enjoyed Katy and Bill, who were excellent. As mentioned previously, the Rock & Ball nightclub was closed during our stay, so there was nothing to do once the entertainment had ended.During the day, the hotel put on a few activities such as aqua gym, yoga, pilates etc. The spa facilities are excellent and well worth a visit. The beach has plenty of sun-beds and wind breakers. The beach itself has a mixture of sand and rocks, during our stay it was too choppy to swim in the sea. All of the staff were excellent, Laszlo on front desk was extremely helpful and made our stay extra special. All of the waiters and waitresses were friendly and attentive, with a special thank you to Andreas, Emanuel, Lalla, and Pedro. Their welcoming personalities and outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable. Would certainly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future.
