This resort has a lift and a reception desk. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Vehicles can be parked in the garage (for a fee), subject to availability. This is a first class hotel. This was our second visit and we noticed that the amount of people there on their repeat visits was incredible. From the private beach with great bar service to the oasis style pool ,incredibly good service from friendly staff . The food is also excellent with the japanese restuarant of particular note. Just one thing to note, if you want a rowdy holiday with pool entertainment ,kids running round and a disco on the doorstep this is not the place for you. It's quiet and oozes quality.

Relaxing stay beautiful scenery

Currently still here at this marvellous hotel. Into our 3rd night and cannot fault this gem. Spectacular views from our balcony, rooms super clean, love the whirl pool hidden away and so peaceful, great 30 mins walk into town, lots of variety of food for dinner especially for my vegetarian husband, friendly staff - loving our holiday here ??????

Lovely Hotel, half board catering was excellent. The spa is a welcome change from the pool when weather is not sunny (and even when it is); the pool is one of the best we have experienced. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Super clean and staff were amazing. Hotel is pure luxury with wonderful food and great drink selections. Would recommend ??

This was a nice hotel but in our opinion it was not 5*. The room was nice and clean and the daily maid and turn down service was good. Most staff were friendly. It was difficult to book the speciality restaurants on the hotel app and most were booked up pretty quickly. The food in them all (Except for Teriyaki) was nothing to write home about. I think the bar drinks were watered down as well. Only first and second floor rooms had a decent sea views view and do not waste your money upgrading to “preferred” as you do not get anything extra really. One of the restaurants was closed when we stayed and when you arrive, the street scene opposite and to the side of the hotel looks like a building site. The spa was lovely though and the inside pool which you can use without booking a spa treatment. I had a massage though and it was lovely but a bit pricey at 106 euros.
