Location

The apartments are located in a commercial district with countless shops, bars, and restaurants. The sandy beach is about 300 m away, and the little fishing village of Morro de Jable can be reached in 1 km. Fuerteventura airport is around 95 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 9-storey building with a lift and 261 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Perfect Room Only hotel in my opinion

    On arrival receptionist was on the phone, she beckoned for our passports, proceeded to check us in while still talking on the phone. After call ended she pushed a form at me to fill out, did so, handed back gave us 2 room keycards with the room number, no explanation of where to find anything, ie: pool area, dining room etc, booked B&B, no info on timings for breakfast, no personal touches at all and we were the only people checking in at that time. No info in the room either, just a flyer by the lifts. There are 2 sets of lifts, first set to floors 1-6 second set over the bridge floors 6-9. Only one lift of the 2 working from floor 6-9 all of our stay, other lift states “staff only” but we used it anyway. Lifts only hol 4 people comfortably. Breakfast was 08:00 -10:30 but if you weren’t down early, before 8:30 you didn’t get a lot of choice, didn’t seem to replenish anything at all. Bread selection poor, brown or white bimbo, sometimes some seeded loaf and white rolls but again, get in early. Cooked breakfast left a LOT to be desired, if you could even get one, the beans looked as if they had just come out of the freezer. And as for service, most people were emptying their own rubbish into the cart and putting their plates away on the dirty cart left by the tables or one lady pushed the dirty crockery cart with the food bin between the tables and was collecting as you ate, on holiday I like to eat and have my plates cleared once I’ve finished eating or once I’ve left, not anything empty, like a glass or cup swiped while you’re still eating. People were clearing their own tables and new diners were siting at tables that had not been cleaned or laid. Then there is the sunbed situation, not that we needed them as our balcony had the sunbed situation all day (when we got some) we were here the week of storm Therese, but there are nowhere near enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel either by the pool or the solarium and people would reserve with towels very early so if you wanted a sunbed set your alarm!!! The best bit of the hotel is the room and I would stay again but just on a room only basis, there are nice places to eat outside, the beach is(was) beautiful (hope it can be again after the storm) so sunbathing on the beach is my preference, but the room is clean, modern, comfortable beds, nice furniture on the balcony, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, mini hob, cutlery, crockery and a filter coffee machine all included, soap/shampoo and hairdryer in the shower room, towels provided, cleaned every 3 days, all included all great room lots of storage, wardrobe/drawers etc. In my opinion this is a perfect room only hotel, in a great location. We stayed in a premium , high floor with sea view room, not sure what other room choices would offer.     Nice hotel, check in easy enough with helpful staff, Hotel room, ours 607 on floor 6, clean, spacious, everything you need, great views, Did a package holiday with jet 2 for 10 nights I think we'll woth the money, so can't complain over price.We had an issue with water/shower/taps brown water but went to reception and maintenance was at our room sorting it within minutes.The housekeeping was every 3 days but we went down 1 day and asked for clean towels, were provided straight away. No issues.The lady at the pool bar lovely and could have a laugh, friendly, helpful just lovely, the life guard a big shout out to him always tries to help, always a wave and hello, lovely woth everybody, and if there is no beds in the sun he will go out of his way to move sunbeds around.The location, great location for beach, bars, restaurants.Overall a great stay, good staff, good housekeeping and good location...Our cons no fault of the hotels is the transfer, we were the last drop of 11 from the airport, in some places we were not felt welcomed and acknowledged so left, very quiet area, not the best weather so spent 10 days around the pool, overall hotel great, the area not so great.     Location good. reading some reviews in here I think people are forgetting they booked Self catering . Go anywhere in Uk self catering and what do you get??? An air bnb ok they advise teabags/ coffee / toilet rolls left. For a week sort your selves out . We haven’t had a single problem with this place . Told right at beginning room serviced every 3 days. Great. Pool bar food and service can’t be faulted . - . I person on at a time but on the ball and working hard.     Clean towels every 3 days. Thats not a joke

    My daughter and I have done many self catering holidays at hotels but never one that refuses customers clean towels. We checked in on Friday with none of the usual helpful information on public transport and places of interest While our apartment is quite spacious, it has the bear essentials, not even a complementary tea bag. Our beds were not made. We have been allocated one skinny bath towel and one hand towel each and have been told they will only be charged after 3 days. No one has come to do even the most basic house work so today we had to take our bag of rubbish down to reception and ask them to dispose of it. We were refused fresh towels but allowed a toilet roll. This place is in a good location but definitely not worth the £700 we paid for a week. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I have stayed in far better places for far less money where ive felt welcome and my custome appreciated. Here i feel as if the staff resent having customers, where every request is met with a can't do wont do attitude. We have been here 3 full days and have yet to see house keeping on any of the floors. Ive had to buy my own disinfectant and clothes. I also believe the hot Water is on a timer as when we wash our hair the water becomes cool before we can complete our shower. This place is beyond basic and definitely not worth the £700 .     Just come home from a nearly 3 week holiday at the Servatur Alameda de Jandia. Very comfortable room and beds. Frequent cleaning and linen changes. We had a lovely room but it would have been far too hot without aircon in high summer. But as it's a work in progress I assume the aircon will be installed for the hot weather. Staff were lovely and a big shout out to the amazing Papa (pronounced Papay) he seemed to work in every area of the bars and restaurant but was so cheerful with a smile to light up the room, some guests cheered when he came into the bar downstairs. Unfailingly helpful and polite he is a gem but you need some more people to help. All in all a great hotel and restaurant which supplied very nourishing meals and lovely wine. Thank you!
