  Great location but wouldn't stay here again.

  Firstly I had emailed reception 4 days before arrival to confirm check in time received reply 1pm or if we arrive early apartment might be ready, all great we thought . Arrived to find gate locked and a note on wall with a number to call on WhatsApp which got us through to a receptionist who luckily was in on the complex, she came along and asked had we not gotten an email with codes ehh no we hadn't but no problem we are here now . Got our room no 19 beside the road so not much privacy and pitch black when we arrived back at night no lighting by front door . 2 sunbeds on patio looked grubby .Apartment was nice bit worn out but beds were comfortable, there is a huge sink unit in the bathroom which is ridiculous you literally have to turn sideways to get in and out of the bathroom. Air con downstairs, fan in bedroom upstairs which got very hot. Unfortunately we couldn't leave any of doors open at night to cool the room as groups of men who were not residents of apartments were getting into the complex and using the pool during the early hours of the morning usually around 3am . We met with some ladies who were staying in pool view apartments and they were terrified. This led to the codes to all gates being changed however this was done during daytime when a lot of guests had already gone out for the day and couldn't gain entry on returning, we were at the beach and luckily a guest saw us and told us the new code . When we got back to our room a note had been pushed under the door with new codes this should have been done the night before not when people were out during the daytime. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again as we didn't feel safe which is a shame as the complex was in a fabulous location. Also we stayed for 7 nights and had no cleaning ,whilst we wouldn't expect cleaning during that time a change of towels and sheets just left in apartment would have been nice .

  Amazing Scenes

  Gorgeous location, right near the beach. Lovely atmosphere nearby with plenty of dine out options. The rooms were amazingly clean and were well worth their value.I did get stuck in the upstairs bathroom of apartment 16 though XD. Service and maintenance helped me get out very quickly!

  Went on holiday for a week of self catering in the beautiful Fuerteventura. The location of the room in Corralejo is superb for the Toro and waikiki beaches that are directly accessible via a gate. The complex atmosphere is quiet and low key. The complex has a swimming pool for all ages. The rooms are comfortable and have what you need to cook etc etc. The room we stayed in was on two floors, be very careful as the front door openings onto open stairs !. The only downsides were that there was only A/C downstairs and ceiling fan upstairs. Always leave the spare key in the safe box outside the room so you don’t lock yourself out. Also very important to remember that all the doors are the type that are locked when closed and they will not open again without the key, so Big Tip have them in the locked position before going outside on the patio area. The local shops / bars / restaurants are within easy walking distance from the complex. These shops / restaurants are along the main road and leading to the plaza and marina areas. You can stroll along the seafront to the marina as well, you’ll pass several restaurants and bars along the way. We had the Toro restaurant/ bar directly out the back of the gate very good food and service. Also the Retro bar is worthy of a visit, only 15min walk away. We found the food was of a good quality and price.

  Shared porch with a restaurant!

  Our apartment was less that 100 metres from the beach. The entrance to our apartment was behind the covered seating area of a restaurant, so if we chose to sit on the porch, it was basically next to the restaurant's diners. Some of the restaurant's diners were using our apartment's porch as a smoking or 'on the phone' area. Noise from diners until midnight, then noise from the cleaners at 5.30am. Asked to be moved to a different location, but told there wasn't anything available. Contacted Love holidays via their complaints procedure and received an automated reply. Very poor holiday experience.

  Horrendous, arrived late evening couldnt get in as the reception had left the wrong combination to the key lock...after a very stressful hour and a half contacted jet 2 and able to get in the apartment...this place is basically a dump...falling appart and in dite need of a refurb,apartment clean enough but the pool is filthy,it has a scum line all the way round..location is good but thats all it's got going for it.
