    Be careful of the leaky boiler! Staff are aware and not bothered.

    Our first night there and the bottle that was collecting water from the leaking boiler overflowed onto the electric plug sockets in the kitchen and blew all the electrics. We were told by the staff to keep checking the bottle and if it was filling, to keep emptying it! Twice it overflowed onto the plug sockets. My children could have been electrocuted. The water was, at best, warm. I was trying to get the shower warm for my daughter and I slipped in the slippy bath (no bath mat) and bashed my leg. There was nothing to hold onto. I ended up badly bruised. We had to ask for a kettle.

    We arrived at 20.00 and I was'nt sent details for how to get in until we were on our way to the airport on the day so I was a bit anxious. We parked in the villae car park and found the keysafe easily enough. We then had to find our room in the dark. The apartment was spacious and clean with everything you need. I was able to get a kettle from reception the next morning.Although we could see the pool and sun loungers we never managed to find our way to them as the signage was non existent and the building is a really weird shape.There's a big Spar supermarket about two minutes away. The location in the village is great.These apartments are basic and cheap and for what we paid we were highly satisfied.

    I always say in my reviews that you need two things to make your stay pleasant on any holiday; a good bed and a good shower. The Tao Apartments in Morro Jable had one of these - the good bed. The shower was the dreaded fixed head, high up, unmovable type that most people dread. The signs in the hotel are, for the most part, non existent in the hotel and we arrived in the dark, the hotel was in darkness and the reception closes at 3 pm. It was very difficult to locate our rooms but we managed eventually. That being said, we enjoyed our stay, the hotel is near the beach, it is quiet, the cleaners are excellent, the rooms are spotless, as the reception closes at 3 pm you are left to your own devices but that suits me fine. The hotel has a bottom floor sun area with about three seats and no sun loungers, the pool up on the roof looked dirty and no one went in it over the 10 days that we were there. (It was December/January after all). There are about a maximum of seven sun loungers up on the roof and are bogging and in need of replacing, so we never lay on them yet. I do hope my review doesn't sound negative because I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

    Stayed for 14 days in this lovely resort. Could not rate these apartments highly enough. Located in an ideal position 3 minutes walk from the sea front, shops, bars and restaurants. Quiet, immaculately clean, spacious, and well maintained. No problem with arriving late. We just followed the instructions on the door. Simple. Lift worked every time. Ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom. Portable fan included. We're British and love our tea. No ado about a kettle just boiled water in the pan, but on reading previous reviews, we could have asked fir a kettle. Just didn't make a fuss. Linen and towels changed every 4 days, and a good spa supermarket 2 minutes away out of the front door and across the road to the right. Great value for money. Enjoy, we did.

    Quiet, lovely apartment with excellent service (cleaned and sheets/towels changed every four days. Very convenient for supermarket, shops, eating out, beach. Friendly, helpful receptionist. Lovely pool on the roof. Well furnished apartment with comfy beds
