Location

The seafront complex is built on a natural terrace on Butihondo beach, about 7 km from the village of Morro Jable. The hotel has direct access to the beach, via a staircase and 100 m of pavement.

Facility

The complex has a lift and features 693 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel doctor. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. Sport

Whether more active or in need of rest and relaxation, guests can unwind at the pool complex, which includes a children's area and a total of 5 swimming pools. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. The hotel offers outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball and archery. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports programme, which includes windsurfing, water aerobics and aquafit, with snorkelling and diving available for a fee. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts and yoga. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

The dining area includes 5 restaurants and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Stayed at TUI Magic Life Fuerteventura recently and overall it was a bit of a mixed experience.The hotel itself is quite basic and could definitely do with some updates. The beds were a big downside for us – they were just two singles pushed together on wheels, which made them uncomfortable and constantly moving apart.We also had an issue with ants in the room, which wasn’t ideal and took away from the stay.On a more positive note, the food was really good. There was lots of variety and the quality was consistently nice, so that was a highlight.One thing to be aware of if you’re travelling with a baby or pram – the layout isn’t very convenient. The towel station is quite far from the pool and involves steps, and access to the beach is down a large set of stairs, which made it difficult to get around.Overall, decent for food, but the facilities and comfort could definitely be improved.     Ok for a cheap week in the sun

    We have recently returned from a 7 night stay at Magic Life. We had a nice seaview room in Block 12, with a good walk-in shower. Clean towels were provided each day, and the bedding changed once during our stay. We thought the hotel was clean everywhere. We were disappointed with the evening entertainment, and there was nothing whatsoever on in the Wunderbar the whole week. This was probably because the hotel was less than half full. We did not like the Magico restaurant, this resembles a works canteen with cheap tables and chairs. There was a wide variety of very average food, usually hot but occasionally cold. We ate in the Adults Only section of the restaurant, which was a very dismal room with one picture on the wall. It was not possible to eat outside unless you purchased a bottle of wine, but we felt the food did not justify this. We booked this holiday for a cheap week away, and it was reasonable value for what we paid.     My 13th visit to Magic Life and had an enjoyable stay despite a few ups and downs. Spend most of our days at the beach in Morro Jable but it is very nice to have the option of the naturist pool, which I believe is being renovated soon. Our room was cleaned regularly, no hot water for two days which was disappointing. Food was good although a lot of pork on the menu. Salad and sweets excellent. Entertainment was disappointing. One suggestion is for you to paint lines in the lower car park, people leave big gaps and there is not always space because of this. I had a pretty bad accident whilst on site last week and would especially like to thank Maryanne in guest services who was wonderful, also Davide in the Plaza bar, a brilliant barman, who even remembers your drinks from previous years, also Pepe and Manuel for making such lovely coffee.     Probably my worst holiday hotel ever!

    Awful experience. Dirty, damp, mouldy, bedroom and bathroom infested with ants, horrid food, slimy, cold and congealed including in one of the so called "speciality" restaurants and not at all as advertised. Really disappointing. it was so bad that we started looking for a new hotel within an hour of arrival, and left 3 days later as it was affecting my health. The only good food we had was on days out outside of the hotel in the local towns. The chairs in reception were dirty and you couldn't put your hand down as you were in danger of sticking to them. The pool area was uncleaned - they had a drive on cleaning machine that would go around but old glasses and cups were left. The room was very basic, towels thin, hard and unwelcoming. The singular bathroom product was cheap and nasty. Definitely would not recommend and would avoid like the plague!     Green Curry Restaurant

    I went to the Green Curry Restaurant last Friday. I checked the menu online and ordered Naan bread, a lamb Madras curry which is a medium curry with green chile and Indian spices accompanied with Naan bread and Basmati rice. I am a curry lover and was served Crusty bread (Supposedly Naan) Lamb Casserole (Not a trace of Indian spices or green Chile) and Pilau plus White rice (Not a grain of Basmati to be seen) I was disgusted and complained and I was brought a bottle of Tabasco hot sauce. What does Spanish hot sauce have to do with Asian food. I was disgusted and left. When I complained I was told that the dish didn't say spicey which has nothing to do with it. This was the worst Asian meal I have ever sat down to and anybody who liked this meal has never been to an Asian restaurant. Absolutely disgusting.
