Loved our time at Zel.

We absolutely loved our week at the hotel. We wanted to escape and spend a week doing not much other than reading and walking on the beach. Zel delivered and some. The hotel is about two miles away from Costa Calma and quite isolated, in a good way. The views and proximity to the beach were incredibly calming. The food, the staff and the hotel overall were amazing and just what we were looking for. Our room looked straight out onto the sea. The bed was comfy, no noise from adjacent rooms and perfect for what we wanted. The staff couldn’t do enough to help and the food at breakfast and dinner was varied and great quality. We will definitely be back. The only good thing is the decoration . The reception staffs is inctedibly arrogant and non profesional . They simply do not care about their client . The music is too loud all day long it is just a disaster . The food is below average if not worst . It was a very very bad experience i will recommand Not to go
