    Budget hotel is no excuse for terrible customer service. I arrived very late 1:30am, the hotel was advised in advance of our arrival time. The car park was full. Reception closed so I needed to use their checkin machine. I discovered they had cancelled our booking and took payment. We could not get in. After attempting to rebook with no luck, I used the telephone to call. 30 minutes later we still could not get in. We was instructed to drive to their sister hotel to check in from their (they refused our entry if we didn't) After arriving at the sister hotel I asked if we could stay there instead. The gentlemen on reception refused to allow us to stay there, stating we was only alloed to stay in our original hotel!!. We had children and pets with us. Eventually we got into our rooms and settled 1 1/2 hours later!!!! I am never going to book with this hotel group again.

    Check in y check out were fast.Room is enough that you need. Breakfast was good but no so much.Parking very good. Very clean at all.Elevator, desk at room. Wifi worked well.Free coffee and Te 24hs.

    This is an A Plus beautiful Catalan B n B Own private space and hosts that make you never want to leave . If you want traditional Catalan stay with a beautiful space. I highly recommend this gorgeous room . Own clean bathroom and loverly living area . Stay here and you won’t regret it

    Caring staff (Andres & Vanessa, as well as others) will provide excellent check-in and informational assistance. I recommend and stayed extra days because everyone was so helpful. Good employees, breakfast available at nominal charge, free coffee, clean rooms and public areas, frequent bus to city center steps away. A very professional staff. Andres went above and beyond in customer service. Major cosmopolitan mall Espai Gironese an easy few minutes walk from hotel lobby.
