This hotel is quietly situated close to Girona and the Banyoles Lake. The centre is approximately 4 km from the hotel and Gerona airport lies around 35 km away.

Facility

5 suites and 22 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, room service, a laundry service, a conference room and a banquet hall. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Lovely hotel with great staff. Room fine enough, but no tea/coffee facilities in rooms. Nice big shopping centre & supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Would recommend, but don't go into Milan centre when 1. It's Christmas AND a home game- as it's SO busy!

    Hotel Cruise is a great place for a stopover when traveling through the area. We especially like the rooms with direct access to the garage, which makes everything very easy when arriving by car.There is a nice bistro in the hotel where you can have a relaxed dinner in the evening. A large shopping center is also located nearby. The fitness room is small but perfectly adequate.Breakfast is good and offers everything you need to start the day.Overall a very convenient and comfortable place to stay for a short stop.

    This reasonably priced and spacious hotel is ideally situated for travellers and business groups alike, just a stone’s throw from the motorway outside Como. It offers ample parking, including an overflow area. Our spotlessly clean room was large and fully equipped with all the modern amenities one would expect, plus a very comfortable king-sized bed. The bar was more of a countertop shoehorned into the bistro, and the meals we selected were rather dry, lacking any accompanying sauces. The extensive breakfast selection, however, was tasty and well worth the price. Clean, comfortable, and efficiently run, the hotel’s primary shortcoming is the impersonal atmosphere in the communal areas.     Another great overnight experience on our car journey from UK to South Italy @ Hotel Cruise , our 5th time. We keep coming back because the hotel colleagues are so welcoming & friendly, rooms are clean , bathrooms excellent, super shower, his & her basins. Breakfast is just the best hot & cold buffet and so much choice. Well done again and see you on our next trip.     I stayed at this hotel in July 2025 and had a terrible experience with their laundry service. Not only is it overpriced, but it’s completely useless — they washed my white t-shirt with colored clothes and turned it grey!When I complained, the staff manager, Stefono, was extremely unhelpful and practically called me a liar because I didn’t report the issue on the same day I got my laundry back. Overall, the staff were not helpful, and there’s absolutely nothing to do at the hotel before 6 p.m. The bar stays closed during the day, and there are no food options available.The hotel is located in an area with nothing nearby, so you have to drive into town just to get a coffee. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly won’t be staying here again.
