Location

This family-friendly holiday village is located right next to the ski lift. The town centre with its many restaurants, bars and nightclubs is approximately 1 km from the hotel. It is a roughly 15-minute walk to the nearest public transport stop.

Facility

The holiday village has 93 rooms, including 92 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety.     We stayed at this family oriented hotel in northern Spain. We knew it was for families but it was a stop over location for us on the way back to England. However, we would recommend this hotel for families without hesitation. It offers so much for children and Mums and Dads. Lovely pools, fantastic range of food and excellent facilities and activities for children of all ages. The rooms are spacious with air conditioning well appointed with good sized bathrooms We would not recommend it for couples in transit home but as a family hotel it’s good.     We stayed there for a weekend and there's a lot of activities for children! pool, gardering, trekking, riding horses, painting cooking... the rooms are very confortable, big beg, great bathroom, and perfect views.     Hi, I spent in a hotel a week in August with my kid. Overall place would be okey, but extremely expensive for what is offered (1500 euro/week). Food is good, but the Restaurant is very noisy (which is understandable as there are many, many, many kids). Activities would be okey, but my aim was to make poney. But in this hotel you have to take a ticket (fighting for that with others) and then just one tour.. no other options.. all inclusive is only for drinks: even chips should be payed. I’m leaving my feedback as was looking fantastic place for a week, and was inspired by my choice while it was the basis basic basic place and i was happy to leave it. Never ever again!     One night without electricity and heating with a little child without any explanation or even an apology from the personnel. Also the little bike of my daughter got stolen from the lobby and personnel very unhelpful again to find it. Difficult to believe in family places like this these things are happening....
