  Housekeeping Staff Cannot Be Trusted

  I stayed at this hotel with a friend in mid May. Overall, the facilities and amenities were decent to good, and most aspects of the stay were enjoyable.However, I had two separate incidents where personal belongings went missing from my room. First, my belt disappeared. At the time, I gave the benefit of the doubt and thought I might have misplaced it myself.It wasn't until the end of the holiday that I discovered my brand new pair of long jeans was also missing. I had only worn them on the day of arrival. Because of the warm weather throughout the holiday, I never wore them again and they remained neatly stored in the wardrobe for the entire stay. For that reason, there is no realistic way they could have been mistaken for trash and accidentally thrown away.I reported both incidents to the reception staff. The only response I received was that their employees would never do such a thing and that they would contact me if the missing items happened to turn up in the lost and found. I found this response very disappointing. There is clearly an issue that deserves to be taken seriously, yet it felt like the hotel was more interested in protecting its staff than helping a paying guest. I did not receive an apology, compensation, or any meaningful effort to investigate the matter.This is especially frustrating because the rest of the stay was genuinely good. Unfortunately, if something as basic as the security of your belongings in your room cannot be trusted, I cannot recommend this hotel and I will not be returning.

  Could be good but ruined by inconsistent rules

  Could be really good, the pools are lovely, the rooms are good and clean, the food is good However there so so many inconsistent rules that it ruins your holiday, some people can dive in the pool, others get told off, some people can play ball others get stopped....what i wore to lunch one day, i was turned away from wearing the next day We payed for all inclusive premium thinking we would have access to all drinks by paying extra...but no. You can have a mojito but if you want a flavoured mojito it's 6 euros? some cocktails are included and some aren't, some bar stuff give it to you others take great pleasure in refusing. One particular woman in the bar by the entertainment was incredibly rude and tried to say no to almost every drink request i had! overall the hotel has potential but the rules are like being children at school, and i definitely wouldn't pay extra for the AI premium to then still be charged for drinks i want!!

  Lovely hotel with some small issues

  Overall, the location and value for money was very good.Regarding location it was no more than a 10 minute walk to local bars and 15 minutes to the beach.The hotel and the pool areas were kept very clean with lots of sunbeds. We were there at the start of an holiday period and did not once have problems getting a sunbed. Our only comment was the corridors and lifts need a bit of updating.Restaurant food was good but not great always a choice but some of the food was not hot and dried out on the hot plates. Salad and cold meats were very good.Our room was very good and was cleaned to a high standard every day. Only issue was the towels could do with replacing due to the fact you could not use them more than once due to the quality.Now for the couple of issues we had. My wife did say on a couple of occasions when she used the toilets in the lobby and near the restaurant there was no toilet paper in the cubicle. We tried on three occasions over a couple of days to keep our room due to our late check out and we were given different information on 3 occasions.All in all a lovely hotel.

  Brilliant whole family holiday

  Family of 9, 7 adults and two very young children 2 and 3We chose this hotel due to the reviews, facilities for kids and value for money.Travelled in May. We arrived in the evening and were checked in quickly but not much information given given to us at check-in apart from the need to pay £50 deposit which was taken (we did know this ahead of time)No info re towel hire was given or safe hire etcThe rooms were lovely our double had a big bed a sofabed a table and an armchair, two chairs and a table on the balcony along with a washing line.The bathroom was big with a rain shower. Aircon was not working great but was fixed the next day.Rooms were spotless with basic toiletries.We had no kettle just a couple of cups but we had the kettle from one of our party’s room, you could help yourself to coffee tea sugar etc for your room. There is also a fridge in the room for storing water/milk etc.The restaurant was great so much choice for each meal including a chocolate fountain one day and a cheese one another day! Lots of salad and hot food options. The staff worked relentlessly to clear tables with a smile and efficiency.A few cats live at the hotel and sometimes wander in but don’t annoy people just wander in and back out.There is inside and outside tables in main restaurant The snack bar is well stocked right up to about 1130pm so handy if the youngsters get peckish or if you need a quick bite at any timeThe pools are fantastic lots of great areas for everyone the little ones loved the small pool with a slide and the splashpad but also several other shallow pools available and jacuzzi pools. Two expensive supermarkets on site, also two amusement arcadesThe area is about 10 mins from the beach an easy walk and there is a lift to take you down part way, there is a free shuttle from the hotel which we used to deliver us and all our kit to the beach.The local area has bars and mini golf but the beach area is more busy.All of us enjoyed the stay and the area.The hotel is a great base with lovely staff

  Manuela is so friendly! She made my 5 year old a mocktail and our drinks were perfect, very friendly I would love to see her again on our next holiday!
